10:13, "Sonya or your little girl" is a reference to The Dark Knight when joker gave batman the option to save Harvey or Rachel.
It could also be arefrence to sonya's MKX ending were kano gave her the choice of either jax or Cassie dying.

I honestly thought it was some kinda reference to the first Spider Man movie where he's given a choice to save MJ or the kids and Jax response was like Peter's "Goblin, what have you done".
- There's this skin/shader called "Smooth Criminal", so Michael Jackson reference.
- His jack-in-a-box fatality could be a nod to Quan Chi's Deadly Alliance fatality
- The "imagine what we could do a with a third" line in his intro at the end of this video is probably a reference to the whole 3 Jokers storyline

During Joker's intro where he carves a smile across his face with blood references the scene in the 2019 film where Arthur creates a grin from the blood in his mouth during the end.

An other kind of dark reference Is when Joker fights Jaqui and say: -"Congratulations to the bride". And Jaqui say: -"You know about me and Takeda?". And then the Joker say: -"Pain make your fiancie very chatty". Makes reference to him torturing Jason Todd in Death in the Family and Jason telling him all Batman's secrets and stuff like in Arkaham Knight!!
Joker's "Heihachi" like hairstyle in the kustomize menu could be a reference to the animated series Joker.

Joker has a brutality called "Send in the Clowns," a reference to the 2019 movie and Frank Sinatra
The line "you stole my face"

I think that's a reference to shang tsung's mk9 fatality being the uncensored version of the jokers mk vs dc fatality

In one intro with Jax. He was seen calling him RoboCop.
When referring to Aquaman to Kotal. There's another ref as he is voiced by Phil LaMarr, who also voiced him
In the ending for Joker. He mentioned about giving the realm an "enema". This is likely a reference to the 89 movie in which Joker talks about giving Gotham one as well.
The figure in the Jack in the box is a joker painted Mr. Mxyzptlk.
His beret reminds me of the one that he wore in the 89 movie as well.
Some also believes the "What we can do with a 3rd" line might also be a reference to the 3 Joker storyline.

His combo attacks are references to, well, himself really. Well the names of them are, at least.
"The Man who Laughs" and "Harlequin of Hate" - Two of his nicknames.
"One Bad Day" - Probably either Killing Joke or that 2019 movie reference you were hoping for, as both of them basically gave the Joker the back story of "It just took one bad day before he decided to snap."
"Pale Moonlight" - Another famous quote from a previous iteration of him, just like the "Why so serious?" line. The quote in question is “You ever dance with the Devil in the pale moonlight?”.
there's also that move called "birdboy beatdown", which is a reference to "a death in the family" (im not sure about the name), where the joker beats up and kills robin, even using a similar attack to one in the move, hitting robin with a crowbar in the back of his head

You've missed a reference: When Joker goes against Scorpion, Joker goes: "There's a name for people like you" In which Scorpion goes: "Choose your next word carefully, Joker." Then Joker goes: "Humuhumunukunukuapua'a" That is a reference from a deleted scene from the movie High School Musical 2.

There was one MK VS DC refrence you missed. It's an intro between joker and Cassie cage where he mentions that he's been in MK before and that he was on the "rage." Referencing the rage mechanic in MK VS DC.
5:28 This is a reference to the fact to the fact that the voice actor for Kotal Kahn also plays Aquaman from Injustice 2
Two sonya's against each other, "name one competition, and I'll beat you in it." "Mortal. Kombat." "Whatever happened to breaking boards?" A reference to "test your might" from mk1
When joker says, "You stole my face" it could be a reference to the strange comic series where Joker cuts off his face, then puts it back on.
The injustice reference is also a comic reference because there are three jokers in the comics and “you stole my face” is a reference to mk9 when shang Tsung and jokers fatality from mk vs dc.

There’s kinda of another one where one of his intros is him jumpscares the camera and says, “boo hahaha,” which is a double reference to 2019 joker where he put his face on the camera and the other is in Tim Burton’s Batman where he says, “Boo hahaha,” I think it’s a reference cause a other TH-camr says it is so I can agree with it.
The only other instance of a Joker jumpscare that i can think of is Batman Arkham Knight new game plus intro cutscene

Joker was being devoloped before the 2019 movie was released so there was no way they could have known of that scene. Have a good day you two.

Fun fact about the hospital bombing from dark knight. That scene was shot by accident. It was an actual technical error, but the producer liked the take so much he kept it in the movie.
On one of shang tsung's intro with joker, Joker mentions about why Shang Tsung stole his face. A reference to MK9 fatality where Shang Tsung uses Joker's fatality in MKvsDC where he disguises himself as a clown, shoots the victim with a fake revolver and shoots them again with a real revolver.

His blood painted lips is a Joker refrence and the name of one of his brutalities is "Send in the clowns" which was a song played in joker.
The one where Joker says pick Sonya or your little girl gives me Green Arrow vibes where Deathstroke gives Oliver a choice to save his mom or sister.
the “third” what Joker was mentioning is also a hint to the comic _Three Jokers_ which was TBA that time after Joker came out to MK11 since they always do promotions for character releases

The killing joke is a comic from 2013 but yes it is also from the movie.
There's a reference to Shao Kahns taunting Specifically his "its its official you suck" line when preforming a brutality
Another reference was in that conversation between Joker and Shang Tsung.
When Joker said: You son of a bitch you stole my face.
And Shang replied he could steal more then that.
It was a reference to one of Shang Tsung's MK9 fatality where he turns into a clown and shoots the opponent in the head after shooting a fake gun.
Which happens to be a recycled more bloody/uncensored version, of Joker's MK vs DC fatality.
By the way, going back to Joker vs. Shang Tsung, the reference line "You stole my face!" , Refers to the game where Shang Tsung changes into a clown and does the same fatality as the Joker did in MK vs. DC.

That last one is actually 3 easter eggs. The first line is an obvious nod to Batman and Robin, the second line is a reference to Injustice, and the third line, while it could be a nod to Injustice 3, it can also be a reference to the 3 Jokers reveal in the Batman comics
The way Joker say the Line about killer frost may be a reference to “Killer Queen” as well
I know you said you want to make the video family friendly but it is good to mention that in Joker's X-ray he gives the opponent a Glasgow Smile, another reference to Heath Ledger's Joker
I'm surprised Joker and Johnny Cage don't make any Ninja Mime references, lol. But I know that his Party Pooper Fatality is an obvious reference to the Friendship "finisher" in MK2 and 3, as well. I love how he shoots the "Friendship" sign and makes it read, "Fatality." His Fatal Blow also references The Dark Knight where his father cut the corners of Joker's mouth to simulate a wide ear-to-ear grin, which he reenacts in the "Why so serious?" scene. Except, of course, he does it differently here.

Hey Captain, love the video, great work as always. I couldn't find it while giving the comments a quick glance, but you missed another 'MK vs DC' reference... I'm not sure who you have to put him against to hear it, but after a back and forth, Joker will reply with "I was all the RAGE", which is a reference to the 'RAGE meter' from 'MK vs DC'..

And also when the joker might be hinting at an injustice 3. Could be a nod when Batman found out there are three different jokers in the comic books when he asked the chair of knowledge what was jokers true identity.
The vixen line is also referring to the fact that Jacqui's voice actress, Megalyn Echikunwoke, also plays one version of Vixen in the CW series on occasion as well.

Joker vs Cassie, joker says he was there before and was all the rage. Also, kind of a reference but putting joker against subzero, there is a chance joker will call him “Master Blueberry Ice” a reference to an intro between and Johnny Cave which took with in MKX or MK11.

A reference to the 2019 joker movie is in one of his intros that you have to unlock. They showed it in the trailer when he cuts his thumb and uses the blood to make the classic red smile on his face
When it says Sonya or the girl choose quickly I think that’s a reference to the two ships in the Christopher Nolan trilogy were he also said something similar to choose quickly

Don’t know if it could be counted as a reference, but a Mark Hamill reference. Besides the Joker, his base fighting style is called Trickster, another DC character he played in both Flash tv series and the only live action one we got instead of an appearance as the Joker in Crisis On Infinite Earths.
That Robocop reference was foreshadow

I’m pretty sure the Joker facing Joker line is a double reference. There is the one you mentioned and also the Three Jokers mentioned in the comics recently.
I think (can't confirm) his intro against Sindel where he just laughs is a reference to the new joker film, because the laugh in that intro is very different and distinct from the others. Very similar to Arthurs laugh(s) in the movie.
By the way, there's another Jack Nicholson reference, but it's split in two. The Joker has a skin called "dancing with the devil" that can be only be obtained by completing all of Joker's character towers, AND one of his Kombos are called "Pale Moonlight."
