Hi, I recently subscribed, great channel ! If you're open to suggestions, it would be helpful if you could indicate the locations on a map of Pattaya when you're showing a property, to get a good sense of the location
I would much rather buy somewhere that was empty and I could buy my own furniture. Also, a bit of renovation and putting my own stamp on the property would be good too.

I like big properties, but unless you got a cleaner and a gardener they can be lots of work. But again that is just my own opinion. Nice informative vid showing the value for money available right now in Thailand!
Most condos lie empty. All those ugly new highrise concrete buildings with just a few rooms occupied. Yet still there are maintenance costs to pay on the building, security staff etc. A terrible investment. I remember visiting one such condo with an agent and she tried to tell me the building was fully occupied, so I had a look at it from the outside at about 11pm and only about 3 lights were on in the whole building..lol
I factored in the possibility that some people were out but when you've got a 20 storey building with possibly 200 rooms it says a lot if only 3 rooms have a light on.
