Switching for SDE1-2 Is all about DSA & personal project along with LLD sometimes or HLD for higher post else saying what project you worked on current company that's it.
So just focus on DSA every day & on weekends give some times to projects, forget about enjoying for 1-1.5 years if you want to live the upcoming life with a lots of money & working culture freedom! Remember champ has to do it little bit extra & do sacrifice so it will come out at the very best in world

It's true , even i have switched Couple of companies which help me to get hike of more than 100% otherwise i couldn't have reached even 25 % if i would have in same place or organisation..

Few companies offer more responsiblities with no hike simply to push employee him self to give resignation letter🙄 my personal experience which i had left from my previous job (details given in other comment)

As per me 2 year is sufficient for one company when you have less than 8-10 yr experience.
Reason same company give you same project and technology for work.
In 24 month you can understand company all things.
Once you have 3 yr you will come into pramotion pipeline and become lead for that position you have to stay in same company for experience.
So 2 YEARS sufficient for 1 one company

@@yupp_harish3936 if you have savings for next 6-8 months and no loans, you can resign and search, otherwise you should start searching while you're in TCS job, but without letting TCS guys know that you're trying for new opportunities otherwise they will also start finding ways to kick you out asap
