I personally dislike the glue, so I will make the purse but by sewing it and using proper tools to give it more strength. Thank you so much for sharing!
Love the shape and details of the bag, but I would sew almost everything to give it a better finish. I do not like hot glue....but great inspiration for my next project!

Agree about using a glue gun. I wash my purses when they get dirty, so that would not hold up. Sew everything and just cut a bigger circle around the button off of the jeans if that is what you are using. Or sew another button on instead. Before sewing the lining in, you could use a couple more of the belt loops and attach some D rings so you could use a swivel hook for the straps. Great looking for sure!
I absolutely love this pattern! Just finished making one. Was going to give it to my daughter, but nope, keeping it for myself!😂 Didn’t use any glue except I decided to put a pocket on the back (perfect for my cellphone) & used hot glue. Seems pretty sturdy. Thanks for your easy to follow instructions!! 👍👍❤️

Ручка на " соплях" из клея.. можно же было сразу её вшить между подкладкой и джинсовой частью - получилось бы за один проход всё сделать.
И пуговица на соплях тоже
В общем неплохо, но клей тут вообще ни к месту...
Столько времени истратить , чтобы сумка через два часа развалилась...Все на соплях.

So many comments about the glue. You ever thought..for video purpose only!!! You know how to sew, sew it. If you have a question,ask. If you feel that you know it all. Make a video. I love the video. I know with crafting comes inspiration and imagination. Use it and move on.

Very cute idea. I was going to give a thumbs-up until you got out the glue gun to attach some crucial pieces. The glued button and shoulder strap will give way likely within the first few uses and could easily have been sewn on for security and strength.
I'm glad you made this comment. I have never understood why people glue so much in crafts. What's wrong with hand stitching? I cringe most times when I see someone pull out a glue gun, especially if it is a needlework craft. How can glue withstand temperature changes, like ironing? How can it withstand multiple washings? How can it withstand normal use? Is the the glue gun the companion of duct tape?
Same goes to me... More secure if sew it rather than glue.... The strength also..

Great idea, great tutorial, love the purse- you made it simple to understand. Like everyone else- the glue is a NO from me. 😳 except maybe the little loops- they do make fabric hot glue. thanks though for this great purse.

Love the bag but no gluing for me...it just will not hold up and I would use serger to finish off the seams more professional finishing cuz denim frays so much...I will be making this for sure...thank you great tutorial...

I have a question! but the hot glue resists the weight of the bag which is then filled with the classic objects, wallet, keys, handkerchiefs and cell phone. Thanks for sharing.
No the hot glue will never hold. Either get a denim needle for the sewing machine and hand walk the needle through the thicker parts using the hand wheel, or stitch them on by hand. Also if you need to wash the bag, it will fall apart. But very cute bag and good instructions, other than the hot glue.

Is la machina no sirve para hacer un proyecto a solo silicone caliente solo la maquina industrial
@@gloriaparedes5689 no hace falta una máquina industrial para coser jeans, depende del tipo y grosor de la aguja que uses
Además se puede coser a mano esas partes porque con silicona no va a durar nada y para qué tanto trabajo!

Tbm acho que a alça ficaria melhor se tivesse sido embutida entre as duas costuras. O botão tbm poderia ser costurado pra reforçar. A cola pode soltar com a lavagem e a secagem ao sol. Mas o resultado ficou lindoooooo. Amo esse tipo de bolsa

That must be some really strong glue. I’ve tried using glue on fabric and found it doesn’t hold very well over time. Thanks for sharing, I like this idea, however I won’t use glue.

Beau petit sac a bandoulière, Personnellement j'aurais tout cousu La colle chaude avec le poids lorsqu'il est chargé la bandoulières ne vas pas tenir idem pour le bouton , l idée est bonne le sac est très sympa merci pour le partage, bonne continuation. 👍
Hot glue can re-melt and will ruin that cute little bag. I say this from experience, I PURCHASED in a store a craft carrier that was supposed to be heavy duty only to discover that it was partially sewn, riveted and hot glued. The hot glue melted in the SoCal heat and pockets slid, glue melted down the sides and gummed up zippers.
It may just a cute little bag but why ruin the effort it's apparent that this creator is crafty and can sew, why not just sew everything. The straps were the only thing that looked a bit too thick for standard machines, might need to borrow a heavy duty one for that part. I loved that pocket used for the closure, gonna have to search a thrift shop for something like that, so cute.
