yes i agree .Mr hAFEEZ sir is right m a interior designer and m facing those of client who not want glass in house more than greenry pool .just fade off ! we doing hard work for a good house the people and they rejact our ideas in few minutes. they not think about future plan.same layout plan shud be not pass just cozz of so call of laws dats why we not creat dreamy house like other country .....same of builders not take our creative ides cozz of costing ..most of interior feel down cozz our all house ounder the builder and we design like her ideas why .

@@AjayLopez we studied 5 years course and it felt really lengthy one. Mr. Contractors generation has faced real hardship, 7 years of patience . 🙏🏼
As much as I like him as a creative person, he's not good in giving political advice.
There is no use of rewarding him with Padma Bhushan if his progressive thoughts about the cities are not respected and initiated!

No wonder after vjti civil engineering I decided to leave civil engineering. He thinks that design and maths is useless! He probably don't know what his minion engineers need to do make his art work in real world.

He is an architect that killed the traditional Indian architecture. Why can't he revive Mauryan architecture with modern architecture ? Why does his concept of Classical architecture goes back to Greeco-Roman.. Unless Indians decide to revive it's own culture, it's own legacy , it will always be a second grade country . Instead of Greek revival pillars , he can use mauryan and gupta pillars. What is wrong with India ? Why copy everything . !!! Classical means Indian classical and not western classical.If you want to see western architecture some to Paris or New York .. Know your legacy or remain ordinary

He's a fool. Lacks sensibility towards design and like most architects, thinks he is a genius. It is because of him and other such architects, Mumbai has become unaffordable. Think about it if you're a true mumbaikar
