was there a minimum size you had to use? I see they were keyd in on small ass fry so maybe a smaller swimbait would have helped. I dont know shit about swimbaits though so this was nice. i follow duby swimbaits and he some cool smaller versions. Glad I stuck in to the end, very interesting to hear that was his first fish, swimbait fishing is definitely patience and luck and those swimbait guys grind swimbaits for thousands of hours and know one day it'll connect.
I know man, swimbait fishing is a whole different animal for sure. Patience is key and I’m lacking the key haha. And yea, the rules were it had to be a 5” minimum bait.
I caught the 3 pounder next to you 😅 pretty cool that you caught it on video ! I was stressing out trying to land it because I had just lost one there. could’ve been the same fish and I lost one of my glide bait at the same spot to a snag
