do you need to remove membrane from the tank for membrane cleaning/maintenance ? At what point do you need to remove membrane from the tank?

There are 4 methods to clean the membranes: 1. Air diffuser cleaning, 2. Backwash cleaning, 3. Online cleaning, 4. Offline cleaning, only when the first 3 methods could't work, then it comes to the 4th step "Offline cleaning" which needs to remove the membranes from the tank.
