Hi Kyle. We went to one of the hot pot restaurants names, Jasmines 26, at Whittier, Minneapolis. This restaurant had the best hop pot and great service.
just came back from international falls (voyageurs national park) where we saw aurora borealis (northern lights)! i was amazed most people living there have never seen it. i like the thousand lakes. visited some 5 lake parks there. it was so easy to catch northern pike there too (even in early September, using crankbaits)!
Born and raised there. We had a lake cottage my teenage years close to home and spent the summers there. I hate cold weather. I still have relatives in the twin city area. The state "BIRD" is the mosquito and there are two seasons in MN... winter and road repair. I moved to the tropics for a while and make my home in the southeastern US ...3 hours to the beach and 3 hours to the mountains. A nice place to grow up if you like snow and cold weather, but not for me.

For example, Lutsen is pronounced "loot-son," Grand Marais "grand ma-ray," and Tettagouche "te-ta-gooch."
