I’ve been thinking about you, Laura. I’ve missed your videos! You are a breath of fresh air in our very troubled world. Keep being you! 😊 Hope you had a great summer.
Thanks! I have so many ideas for videos, but finding the time to create and edit has been tricky 😍 Thanks for your comment! Wishing you a wonderful day,❤️ Laura
Laura: I was delighted to “see” you again, after your hiatus. You’re so beautiful, and Chris is so handsome. The boys are darling! The Brewery space is so warm and inviting, truly a wonderful space for fellowship and sharing. Bravo to both of you and all your father-in-law and hir many devoted colleagues for the construction. And to you, your sister, and the boys for the extraordinary artwork. I can’t wait to see your execution of the stone fireplace, and the other architectural and artistic goodies your imagining. It’s truly inspirational to see the live and respect that you and Chris have for each other. Completely heartwarming! And your dimpled smile and charisma, as always, light up the planet! Much love, Suzanne Peck
That project did came out great!!! I don't like beer, but I like the brewery. Keep enjoying it. Indeed time is so preciouse to give. I love it if people give me that. Be blessed
So glad you all made it through your 'family trip' - our family has a similar story from about 15 years ago. Oh! It was epic and awful, but we got a lot of stories out of it. 😄
When are we getting your videos back Laura? I hope the Danthonia guys take note and build a room like that, Richard makes a very good brew and I enjoyed the over '70's Saturday afternoon meet up when I was staying there. Geoff
I'd suggest some floor rugs, preferably something that you can wash when needed. Rugs would help with deadening the sound and echoes, and make it all a bit more cozy. I love brewing beer! We haven't done it in ages, but it was a lot of fund when we did. It has a lot in common with other types of fermentation and also with bread making. I also can totally understand the interest in quantum physics, and why it's one of those topics that gets you some really weird looks when you try and share it lol.
Hi 👋🏾 Now I was surprised it’s a brewery 🆚 a vineyard 😂 but I’m interested and would love to visit. Does the Florida location brew as well? Agree. God has given us a limited amount of time to expand His Kingdom. Time is our most valuable commodity. ♥️
We wish you would come back. To see Bruderhof twice a week would be much better. What kind of beer does Chris make? Pilsner?, Lager?, a traditional German beer???? I've heard Germans drink beer room temperature, where that's hard to imagine.
Hi im sure you have been asked this countless times however i thought i would add to the list but does the community welcome new members to the community or have you got to be raised within the community i only ask as i am 26 and i am very interested in what would the steps be if this is the case hope i make some sort of sense 😅
I do not drink, but beer can be used medicinally as a diuretic. Which I had a 6 pack that's been in my refrigerator for years, minus 2 I gave a couple to a fellow cutting grass, so 4 are left. But it's also good for fish and chips. Which during prohibition, those that made malt for brewing resorted to selling malt for malted milk, 🙂. Which malt is also used for breads, crackers and such. I can't even really drink for some reason, but when fluid retention gets bad, beer can act as a diuretic. If there's infection in the urinary tract, I've known doctors prescribing beer to flush out the infection. However, we do know there are regular drinkers where they'd attempt to use anything to justify getting drunk, which doesn't work. But, beer has many uses. Fish and chips is very useful. Oh, the mash is loved by animals, birds, even fish. Moonshine had fowl like turkeys get in their mash, even messing in the mash where they said the nitrogen from the turkey mess helped the mash brew. Of course there were squirrels that'd get in mash barrels and things, then drown. But onecan put mash in water to attract fish too. Now a burhead goes to college, then given a job as some kind of conservation officer not knowing anything about nature and such might try to make charges on such, but they're completely illegitimate. Frivolouscharges as if anything, bleeding mash into the water is beneficial to the environment. Which old timers would mash grains which their hogs loved. There's a substantial increase in meat produced that's visible from feeding hogs mash. What the effect is on taste, I do not know. But high protein, plenty of B vitamins are conducive to increasing meat produced. But, I ain't eating no pig. Again, bodybuilders could benefit from consuming the mash. Not the beer, but the mash.
Curious if your community ever suffers from substance abuse, such as drugs and alcohol dependency? What do you do with a brother who comes home with a DUI?
So you created a community place with local decoration and local beer, the roots are coming through. And Pils is always a solid choice for a beer. I‘d maybe go for some wooden flooring and a small stage.

Great to see you back! How is Ankela?
Love my visits to Rifton Bruderhof.
Ankela is doing well ❤️
Thanks for asking!
Great project! Well done. What about less harsh/dimmable lighting? Couple of old leather sofas?
Great suggestions! Totally need more comfy seating 😊
Hey fam. Missed ya

So cool!
Fascinating channel. So is the husband recognized as the head of the family?
Yes! Thanks for asking
Is this brewery open to the public? I'd love to visit it sometime.
Not yet 😊 thanks for asking though!

Thanks for the comment! Love your idea about the rugs and yeah, astrophysics 😁
Beautiful renovation...
Cute couple....
Just curious....is the beer alcoholic?
Yes it is. I'm sure one day Chris will start making non-alcoholic beer-pretty sure it's a longer process!

A vineyard would be great! 🤣 I don't think the folks in Florida brew...

How about a stout brewed with raisins? My favorite San Diego brewery, The Lost Abbey calls it Judgement Day 😅 10.5 %

It'd be good if Mrs. Laura would comeback. Bring Chris with her. The Chris and Laura Bruderhoff show. 🙂
Whoopi ypu are back

Does the Bruderhof have a weight room? You're husband looks like he's been hitting the weights.
Yes! 💪
HOW TALL IS THAT GUY, HE SEEMS 7 feet tall
