Depends the origin of the Ultra. For example Gaia and Agul have near infinite time unless they run out of power because as the name suggested on Gaia which is the God of Earth. Which it's origin is from Earth.
It's really not fair that this PlayStation 4 exclusive never got an NTSC-U/C and PAL release, unlike Like A Dragon: Ishin! (2014, 2023), in my honest opinion.
