    2018 repeated a 1 rep max test. And there was a 315 pound deadlift for 21-15-9. So strength was important on 2 wods.

      gokuryu big difference in that situation though. As opposed to a separate score where you could sandbag 15.1 then go heavy on 15.1a, 18.2 required you to get through a certain amount of conditioning work in order to “earn” the time to lift a heavy load. And 18.4 required you to get through a difficult HSPU standard for 45 reps before you could get to the heavier barbell, then you had to deal with handstand walks in between those heavy sets as well. Completely different stimuli

    Is there anyway you could expand on the remaining movements you state they are testing, c2b etc.? greatly appreciated.

      A few of them are DL, Thruster, Cleans, C&J, Snatches, Rowing, Burpees, BJ, T2B, Muscle Ups (both ring and bar) HS Push-Ups, OH Lunges, DU, WB. Thats all I can thing of atm

      That was helpful. Heck burpees can be broken down into 3 parts. lol bar facing burpees, regular burpees and now this year burpee box jump overs. We can also add 2 new dumbbell movements.
