I’m struggling with a lot at work right now... with feeling the energies and moods of others. And that is a great suggestion to work with the Chakra for a month. I was recently hospitalized and had another deeply emotional moment of realization and I feel that spirit has been working in the background. I woke up yesterday morning with a lot of light sensitivity. Everything was really bright and sparkling outside. The natural light was bright. I usually experience this when I listen to the chakra sounds or meditations. It was unusual.

Between my Pisces Sun 12th house (Water Chakra) & Mercury in Pisces - 11th house, Aqua Moon (Water Charkra) - 11th house, Aries Venus *Fire Chakra) - 12th house, and Taurus Rising (Earth Chakra)...this is spot on.
