Please make a video for picture settings, hdr, Dolby etc. A lot of people find the overwhelming options on vidaa confusing and also many are not happy with the default settings

It does not have as many apps as Play Store on Google TV but it has the basic OTT apps and it now has Hotstar brother.

I got this tv in great indian festival. 5-6 dead pixels on display. Now returning it. Even no one from hisense service came for inspection/installation after 7 days, only then amazon agreed for a return. Now I'm planning to go for Mi TV X. Also, hated Vidaa OS, although it was fast.

Same problem with my e7kpro replacement request they just closed the ticket without any physical inspection. Thank God the problem was actually the plastic over the screen, which was giving a screen bleeding effect. But hisesne service is ridiculous. And one more thing I've discovered is the remote is back-lit it was a surprise for a budget tv. Tbh, I didn't expect it, nor did I see any reviewers talking about it.
Yes, both the U7H and the E7K Pro remotes are backlit. I may have casually spoken about in one of my videos brother.

Need it only an only for netflix, prime, youtube…no gaming.
Have a 2.1 soundbar so don’t care about the sound quality. Just need crisp and best picture quality.
And getting cashback on Tcl p71b pro and it is 6000 cheaper than e7k pro.

Generally I keep backlight % to 65%. Brightness and Backlighting are separate things brother. Backlighting impacts the life of the TV. Brightness is just a picture setting.

I am into gaming, and I needed the higher refresh rate which the Toshiba does not offer brother.
I have also received the same tv last week, but the unboxing done by your guys is wrong, the top cover comes off as a cover, and the tv will be seated in the bottom . Much safer
This depends from people to people who come to deliver brother. My last Hisense U7H, the guys never took thee TV out of the box, just opened the box and showed me the contents, thats all.
E7 or E7 pro.. Which is good.. I dont play games
E7K Pro is still better, or get the Hisense U&H over the E7K brother.
Bro it's been 5 days still my tv is not installed. I have called Amazon and Hisense both but they said that they fix it soon. Should I apply for a return as return window is of 10 days and out of which they already wasted 5-6 days.
I got my U7H installed in 3 days and they replaced my TV even after 10 days replacement period. But keep pushing them for the installation. Its festive season as well due to which there may be delays in installation.

LG 55UR7500PSC / 55 inch / 1100:1 contrast ratio comes with VA panel confirmed by many customers purchased from Amazon on this sale 2023. So, how come is VA instead of IPS as contrast ratio 1100:1 ? Therefore, how to know it's VA or IPS panel ?
Do you have links to the post of those customer reviews or screenshots brother. Plz note that when you are checking the reviews on Amazon, you have to filter to check the specific size and variant otherwise it will show reviews of all sizes by default.

It will appear as a tiny colored dot on your screen brother. If you do not have it then you are good.

Hi so I am pretty confused between Hisense 55E7k Pro vs TCL 55T6G which is good or should I choose on the basis of Which ever is cheaper ?
My choice will be the E7K Pro or the Hisense U7H. The E7K Pro and U7H are both native 120hz panels whereas the TCL is a 4k@60hz panel with 1440p@120hz.

i want to buy e7k pro inch 65inch due to ips and big screen but currently it's 60k which is not good deal compare to 55inch which is 43k . I am not sure what to buy . I thought i will able to get 65inch under 50k with bank discount and all in great republic day sell.

I would say its better than the Vu Gloled Tv brother. There is no Jio or Jio Cinema apps on Vidaa TV OS brother.

E7K is not as good as the U7H or the E7K Pro and I will recommend these two over the E7K that is listed on Flipkart.

Is E7K PRO QLED better than 55U7K AND 55U7H AND reasons for the same.
No, the U7K is superior to it and I have explained why in the video brother. U7H is also great value for money and in the 55 inch I'd probably take the U7H over the E7K pro due to the IPS panel.

Hi brother, recently purchased the same tv. It is excellent but I observed that if I reduce the backlight to off . I can experience screen flickering. This was highlighted to the installation person who said it is expected . I was surprised and also
Contacted the customer service and they also said this is expected.
Strange but no option than to not turn it off. Can you confirm please?
I do not have the issue brother. Do something, turn the "Dynamic Backlight Control" Off and see if this still happens. Also, turn "Smart Scene" Off. I generally keep these off.

If you had to choose between Hisense u7h and Toshiba m550lp which one would you choose and why?
Hisense U7H, it’s a native 4K@120hz panel and the M550Lp is not.

E7k pro or u7k which is better in 55"
Since both are VA panels in 55 inch panel type will not make a difference. The U7K is brighter and better if the two due to the mini LED and FALD.

E7K Pro is still the better Tv since its brighter and its even got an IPS panel in the 65 inch variant. You can also check out the Hisense U7H which is better than the E7K.

They do not work on Sundays brother. And if you have received it on the weekend like me that too specially the second half of Saturday then you can discount that day too. So technically they will take upto 3 days to install meaning it should be done by wednesday.
Chalu karke dikhana chahiye for open box delivery...

did you recieve a ips or va panel for 65 inch. Also does vidaa os have hotstar app. What about upscaling of hd daily tv soaps on star plus/colors etc. if priced same which one would you recommend between e7k pro and u7h
I will only be able to tell once the TV is installed but the 65 inch is an IPS panel brother. Vidaa TV OS now has the Disney Hotstar app. Upscaling on the Hisense TV's are pretty good.
@@BabitSingh great, actually I am deciding between hisence e7k pro, lg ur7500 and lg nanocell for 65 inch. Hisence is significantly cheaper but is the picture quality comparable. Also does it have any light bleed issues.
@@rishabhprasad641 Light bleeds can even occur in LG, Sony and Samsung TV's brother. This varies from Unit to unit. These budget TV's are better in terms of value compared to the entry level TV's from all the big brands in my personal opinion.

maine bhi liya hai yehi tv 45500 ka pada tha sale me par ye ips panel hai quality dhasu hai movies dekhne ka asli maza aata hai bas black levels kam hai aur sab jabardast hai picture density ka close view jaroor dikhana apne se compression karna hai.

Please advise E7K or E7K Pro ? I don't play games & i have external soundbar. I need food picture quality only. E7K is costing 28.5k E7K pro cost is 36K. Please advise which one is VFM for me right now?
You can go for the E7K if you do no gaming or little gaming brother. The E7K Pro is the better TV of the two though but there is a price difference as well. If price is not a constraint also check out the Hisense U7H.

I am glad you like your TV brother. You can reduce the Backlight by going into your picture settings brother.

@@zeeyaullah Ah OK now I get it brother. No there is no way of doing it right now, even when you access settings from the Home screen you will see a black screen as no content is on. YOu can try reducing it and getting back to the Home screen but that's pretty much it brother. I have got my TV installed and am checking it thoroughly. Dil se Dil Tak review will be out soon brother.

Unlike the Samsung TV's it does not have a Live Channel. It has some Free content but mostly lesser known documentaries and cartoons.
Got this tv delivered on 26th nov but there are 2 3 dark spots on screen...complained to amazon who raised a technician visit .. complained to hisense as well. Local guy asked for pic and informed that he sent it to his supervisor.. the supervisor informed that he will send a technician.
I want ur help in the fact that how can i move ahead with replacement..will they do it easily? Is there anything specific u want to share ?
Sorry to hear that brother. Just raise a replacement through Amazon and submit the pics there. That is what I did and I got my replacement in 2 weeks without any fuss.

@@milandeepsingh5699 You can always add a Google TV stick later on to enjoy Google TV OS later. Besides I personally like the Vidaa TV OS as its super fast. Plz note you cannot change the panel refresh rate later, I say this because the TCL T6G and C645 have 1440p@120hz and NOT 4K@120hz and since you mentioned gaming, you will need the 4K@120hz which both the Hisense TVs offer.

@@roronoazoro19624 I found the IPS panel on the U7H better than the E7K Pro. The TVs not bad but the backlighting is a bit uneven for my liking since I look at everything with a lot of detail. The U7H’s panel just feels like much better probably because of the FALD display.
Hello Babit, What's the difference between E7K and this TV apart from refresh rate? I'm confused what to get cause I want a 65 Inch variant (not for gaming ) but for my mom to watch OTT movies. Is E7K good or should I wait for 65 inch variant of E7K pro to be on stock again?
This TV is brighter, handles motion better and has the better HDR performance. If you want it for OTT only then I will suggest you get the U7H as its got FALD and is the best of the lot.

Bro : why didn't you power on the tv ? It would hv given you 100% confirmation of "any damage on delivery" as no warranty in it on Amazon.
This is the process brother, they do not power on the TV, that will be done by the technician who comes to install.

Babit been following you for a long while now, last year on your recommendation a purchased 55E7K Pro to pairup with my PS5 and was quite happy with it, however from the past couple of days i noticed very faint vertical line appearing on the right end of the screen. though it is quite faint and only appears when you look at it real close still it does bother me. someone suggested might be a light bleeding issue, how should i get it resolved?
Sorry to hear that brother. Immediately raise this up with Hisense brother. If its in the warranty period they should give you a resolution. Also, do you use any UPS or stabiliser with your TV? If you have a lot of fluctuations in your area, you should brother. Lastly, please ensure that the TV is not cleaned with a wet cloth.
@@BabitSingh yes it's still under warranty and no I haven't used any UPS/Stabilizer with it so far. I also haven't tried to clean it with any wet cloth too.... might it have something to do with moisture absorption? The region where I currently live is observing a lot of rain, though I have taken all the safety measures for it still could it have been affected by moisture?

@@GauravKumar-rx2mu i found the U7H panel quality and picture quality to be better. The E7K Pro is brighter but the FALD in U7H makes everything look better. Plus the blacks are better on the U7H.

Thanks for the confirmation. This seems to be an isolated issue with the pen drive. Also, the file type itself can also make a difference sometimes, try as many file types as you can to further isolate the issue meaning is it only happening in .mkv or .avi files or only in .mp4 files.

From the price to value ratio Hisense offers more bang for your buck brother. And I have owned a Micromax Tv which lasted more than 6 years till I exchanged it for another Tv and I also owned a Reliance LYF TV for more than 6 years without any issues. So any TV can last a long time not just the top brands brother.

this 65" model I am using it since last 10 days, I requested support from the amazon as it doesn't play 4K using Fire TV stick4k and also Not getting 120Hz refresh rate on PS4 as well as PC. They closed service request twice by own, without taking my consent. Filing in consumer court, not going to leave that easily
The 120hz will woprk only in HDMI 3 and 4 ports and even if it shows 60hz first, the moment you play something on the PC with 120hz it will switch to 120hz. You also have to go to display settings and change the refresh rate to 120hz.
