This Rally Rundown, at least to me, really told the story of this years STPR rally. Similar to how the older style would describe what was happening. Also, what a herculean effort from the technicians for car 180. Well done VSC and Subaru motorsports USA!!!
I’ll say. I didn’t get to see the stages on Friday so I didn’t see what shape the car was in until it was already repaired and only some cosmetic damage on the right rear and roof were visible. The fact that they got it running and they actually made up quite a few positions as well despite not making podium is impressive. Also, hats off to Pastrana as well. This was a great performance for him at what has historically been the rally he has struggled with the most.
The more I see this series. I more I realized how amazing David Higgins was as a driver. These guys crashes subarus almost as much as they finish races. David Higgins record was stellar under subaru
Can't say much more about VSC other than excellent job bringing back Brandon's car. Amazing work and props on your cage build too. Quality and performance from VSC.
Incredible repair of Brandon's car by VSC. It would be cool to see more of the timelapse footage to show it all. Best of luck for the next one and the championship!
Brandon is a legend. One of the best ever in the freestyle mountain bike scene and it's cool to see that he is fighting for the championship in ARA. Also, the team did an amazing job in that car put back together.
10:18 such a nice little edit here. Also I don't know how the co-drivers get in knowing they crashed here so many times in the past! Definitely some courage there.
Pastrana needs to give himself credit for how well he drove at this rally. With matching Brandon's pace I take that as that is the best the Subie could do for that rally.
Stpr was pretty mental this year. I remember on stage 15 a sizable tree branch (about 6-7 inch diameter) had snapped off due to a light breeze and fell into the road. Felt bad for Martin since he ended up being the first person to eat it. By the end, there wasn't anything left of the branch
Y’all are just absolutely insane I hope one day to work with y’all the family and the support team omg that was insane ❤️🙏 what a gnarly crash and to get it back out there just goes to show how well you build you’re cars ❤️🙏
Always interesting to see the changes in sponsorships, most noticeable for me is Waste Management decaling on the cars. I'm sure it's a feat in itself to keep VSC fiscally running. Great videos and content as always, keep them coming!
@@cchief249 One of the stages on day 1 is at the Waste Management facility out there. It's a clean landfill area and quarry with woods around it, very cool stage with a big jump and great spectator areas. Was also fun seeing the WM workers take their lunch break to watch the rally... must have been a wild day at work for them.
This was definitely the best of the season. But it isn't on the level of old Launch Control with more story and narration. I also just realized there will be no Launch Control about Rallycross because there haven't been any Super Cars this year. THAT SUCKS.
We all love u Subaru and the team. Subaru needs a new engine that can produce 380hp like all WRC cars... then they can compete with Ken Block's I20 wrc...
When I was there I was curious as to what happened to semenuks car but now I know. Also it made me laugh at the fact they the car was there and there was just a random OK sign next to the car
@@iamthedrumandbassfarmer8735 are you implying the current team is anywhere in the same league as Higgins and Drew? Are you also implying launch control is now better WITHOUT narration? 🤔
Vermont SportsCar killed it with that repair. Unreal.
absolutely ya, hella impressive
Точно .
2:57 was so heart felt. Williams is such an amazing co-driver.
Couldn't agree more.
Seeing Ken feels strange right now. Loving this whole series tho Subaru, awesome job
This show is incredible, it deserves more attention
This has been one of the best series on TH-cam for several years.

So glad when a new rally video is uploaded :)

These mechanics are on another planet, man. They've got a whole car, just in parts, stacked in the trailer.

An excellent video for an intense rally! Nice work again

Good thing they let Higgins go...guy was consistent and finished rallies
dude won so much it was boring lol
I get the feeling they decided 2 car salesmen were worth more to the brand than one incredible driver.
you guys killed it out there, no matter the outcome we're all proud of you guys.
Incredible repair
7 hours? they put that thing back together in 7 hours?!?!?! mind blown
С 1992 года у меня нет другой машины кроме Субару .Храни Боже Субару .✊❄❄❄

Some of the best content on you tube
I love Subaru ❤❤❤❤❤

Props to the crew for working togther all night to revive that Subie
Well done on the repair!!

Thats an event sponsor, not a team sponsor

@@JP_43 wow that sounds awesome! Definitely must be quite the contrast to their normal work day for sure haha.
All my friends and family are here. They all think I suck so lets get this done. Lmao classic Travis.
RIP BLOCK
A great video,Subaru rocks baby. Subies forever.
RIP Ken Block!

Wonderful content. Thank you for Sharing. Have a Good Day!❤👍
@3:05 Brandon was just trying to plant a subie tree 🥲

I hope WRC come race to Indonesia again.
When will Subaru return to WRC? WRC needs more brands competing!!!
WRCはトヨタのヤリスとかですよね スバルは何ラリーを見れば出てますか?
WRC? Toyota? What?

Another one - to quote the great Khalid
👍 Very Nice 👍
What happened with the commentary!?

This is why I love rally. In no other sport will the cars be fixed with hammers in between stages/races.
pov you misclicked but the ad is useful
Lmao i did the same thing fix my car overnight start working on the car 8pm finished 5:30am lol
Bring back Subaru to WRC 😥😤
"The car looks okay..."
why not just join wrc
Retroactive day 46 of asking for real Launch Control to come back in lieu of this Rally Rundown nonsense
Elbet bir gün.
Subaru's rally team is a shell of its former self, much like launch control itself. Just being real.
nah not really, the saloon is just a bit of a munter and always has been
