The double-yolked dozen eggs: My grandma bought a carton of those when I was eight. Thing is, they are just weeded out better nowadays than when even I was a kid, and I'm not _that_ old. First time I'd ever seen a double-yolked egg, and the entire family mentioned how odd it was that they all were that way. I ought to remember clearly enough: I was frying some for breakfast (yes I could use the stove for that at that point!) and was mystified at the strange eggs. Didn't know the odds were that low though. Dad said something about them being from the same chicken or batch of closely related chickens with the same quirk, maybe.

11:26 I once drew all five pieces of Exodia on the opening draw for a Zero Turn Kill back in 2004. Odds of that, as far as I've read is over 1/600,000 in a 40-card deck. It was in an after school Yu-Gi-Oh club and not a competition so it makes no difference, but still thought it was insane.
I love learning new things, and today I learned the names of some extremely high numbers! On the other hand I have a dear friend who has found many 4 leaf clovers - after a while she stopped saving them, but she had 7 pressed in a book last time I checked. Also, when I was tending a friends backyard chickens I was gifted with lots of double yolk eggs. Her hens were all under 2 years old but none were first time layers, so I guess the free ranging life with all the bugs and fresh air might have some influence.

Wow, I guess I didn't realize how old some of these toys are! no it doesn't. I too bought Pokémon and Yugioh cards for my kids when they were young born in 94 and 97 and at the time bought some for myself as well in order to show the kids the importance of looking after them and keeping them in immaculate condition. After a while when I showed them the value of their cards that were worn from abuse compared to the value of one free out of a pack they eventually learned they should have listened to Dad in the first place and are reminded of that everytime they either see that special card from their early childhood. Particularly so if it's their own ratty version of base set Charizard or Blue Eyes White Dragon. Other classics I can recall taking a beating are Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl. Toon Blue Eyes White Dragon, Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon and Red Eyes Black Dragon. Ss well as Blastoise, Venusaur and Lugia of Pokémon fame. I'm proud to say that all 3 of us still enjoy the hobby today. I don't open very much anymore but I still buy them refusing to allow myself to out grow it even though it has gotten extremely expensive. Especially so considering it all began with hockey cards before I even started school and grew to include the big 4 North American sports. Then when Pokémon and Yugioh began when my kids were small my collection grew a couple of more branches. Expensive rare cardboard being a lifelong passion I doubt I'll ever outgrow it and don't think I really want to anyways. That and our passion for fishing help maintain a strong bond between the three of us and just as they have iconic ratty cards I have a couple of ratty Wayne Gretzky rookie cards to remind me to look after my cards. Just as I am glad I learned my early childhood lesson my kids are as well.
I've actually encountered 3 things on the list, 1. I have found a 5 leaf clover once, and several 4 leaf clovers in my life time. 2. I have found a double yolk egg once. 3. I did an experiment in my science class in high school with flipping coins (how many time it would land heads or tails) and the coin landed in the middle, my partner and I called the teacher over because we were in disbelief, he told us to make a space for it on the sheet. Of course it only happened to us, and the chances of it happening again were super low.
My luck is very weird. The rarest things always happen to me. Over half of the prize drawings I've participated in, I was a winner. If I'm playing a game with dice and anything but snake eyes will get me to win, I'm pretty much guaranteed to roll snake eyes. Once when I was playing kings in the corner, I had the perfect hand and got rid of all my cards on my first turn (and at most I've played kings in the corner 10 times in my life)! Once several years ago, when me and my class went to watch a school play, 3 of the tallest students in my class sat right in front of me. In math class once, my teacher asked the entire class a vocab question and nobody raised their hand. I didn't know the answer. Then the teacher said, "Come on, everyone should know this one." Then many of my classmates raised their hands. I didn't want to look like the only person who didn't know the answer, so then I raised my hand too. But then the teacher called on me, so I just made up so vocabulary term and it turned out to be the correct answer. Sometimes playing Uno, I'll have to draw nearly half the deck before getting a card I can play.
I used to find 4 leaf clovers all the time as a child. Of course I spent a ton of time looking, thinking it would give me good luck. Man was I wrong. Lol
I agree,… When we came to visit Canada ,… we had a trip,.. and my husband just reached down and fiund a four leaf clove, and an other one, later that week.. Ohh boy I wish we where lucky…
4:55; funny enough, there’s a casino in my hometown, and witnessed a younger guy pull one in Texas Hold ‘em. He won something around $25,000, and actually tossed a few $100 chips around to random people. I got one. I consider it my “lucky chip” and haven’t cashed it in. Mainly because the casino in question got bought out by another company, then they got bought out again recently, so they wouldn’t honor the chip anyway. Still, it holds up residence in my wallet, to remind me.
When we were on a school trip at the early 80s we took a break close to a nuclear plant. We found huge quantities of multi-leaf clovers there, four being pretty common. I even found an eight-leaf clover.
13:45 I doubt anyone still reads comments, but my dad was playing a poker game with my uncle one day and he got a royal flush. Not only that, but so did my uncle! You were wrong be amazed. But not only that, its on video, and its still posted to his youtube channel to this day.
Around 20 years ago I found an eleven-leaf clover. I found it in a patch of grass in the park where before I found 4,5,6,7 and 8 leaf clovers. I forgot this until I watched this video.
One time in a D&D game I rolled 3 Nat 20's for my Monk's flurry of blows attacks I'm still surprised by it. Best part the GM I was playing with at the time did not require a Nat 20 crit to be confirmedso all three strikes were crit damage.
I remember finding 5 4-leaf clovers and 1 5-leaf clover. We thought it was normal because we had a lot growing around our home. But now that I see how rare it is makes me so happy. I also flipped a coin and I bet against my whole class, I said "Side" and they thought it was ridiculous. Then it landed on it's side making everyone else lose... Is it still counted when our chickens usually lay 1 tray worth of double yolks everyday (chickens were not bred specifically for double yolks)
A few years ago I got a carton of a dozen eggs that all had double yolks. And one time as a teen I was laying on the grass looking for 4-leaf clovers & I found 5 of them all within arm's reach. I still have them wedged between pages in a thick heavy book.
we have chickens as pets, and we've gotten maybe 20 double yolk eggs from 3 different chickens in one year. we didn't think much of it, other than more food.
One time I actually found an 8 leaf clover. I don't know how, but I was extremely lucky that day because I also saw a 7, 6, and another 8 leaf clover in the same garden.
Great video! Just wondering. You compared bear death rates to total death rates. Okay, but you can only be killed by a bear if you are in the vicinity of a bear. Otherwise, you'd never be killed by a bear making your odds much less.
I’ve experienced one of these rare occurrences, I’ve found a five leaf clover as a kid! I remember being super confused and just staring at it and counting the leaves over and over. Man was I dumb, this was about at the age of 6-8
Wow! Great video! Anyone else ever heard of these numbers before! Undecillion, Tredecillion, Unvigintillion...Just knowing these numbers exist, I think, is mind blowing!
Ironically, I have found 4 4 leaf clovers in my life. I don’t search, I pull till I find one, and don’t freak out, they don’t go to waste, the ones I pull that aren’t 4 leaf I feed to my rabbits John and Bobby.
I've never found a five leaf clover but my brother and I once found two four leaf ones in the same year, with only several hours of searching. Not as crazy as five leaves but still cool
at my house there is an entire patch of four leaf clovers that i would say have only about ten three leaf ones, i thought four leaf clovers were 1/100 lol.
I as well has found five leaf in the past I think I found a six leaves I always been good at finding five leaves 6 leaves clovers because I got very good eyes
@@greyfountain2090 Yea, we only found those 5 and 6 leafed clovers because it all started with me when I found a four leafed clover. My older sister was able to find one too 🤣. So we continued to look for more until I found the 6leafed clover. A few mins later, my older sister found a 5leafed clover as well. I'm pretty sure we also found a 7leafed clover but the '7th' leaf was quite small. I forgot if I found the 7leaf clover or my sister. It was a very long time ago
Once I was fallen down by banana peel, I thought it was an embarrass moment for me that times but now after watching how rare it is to happen that I'm feeling kinda lucky 🤣
6:18 So the chance of getting struck by lighting in a lifetime is 1/15300, well so far my dad has been struck 3 times in his lifetime and he's only 52 so what's the chance of that?
My friend old is albino. When I first met him, I saw he had not gray hair but white hair. He was only 11 years old too. It was super weird. I met him when I was 10, which was almost 11 years ago now. I moved away from him about a year later. He was the only one that was like that I have ever seen. I didn't know people can be albino, until I seen this video. I knew he had some kind of rare disorder but I didn't it was classified as albino.
I personally had the luck to draw a royal flush when I was playing poker with friends at the univercity. The other friend had a normal flush and he kept betting over me because he was certain he'd win. He didn't (at least not that round) but we still had a lots of laughs and pictures were taken.
You guys might not believe me but I found HUNDREDS of 4 leaf clovers over the years. Also found several 5 leaf, 6 leaf and even 7 leaf ones. Either they weren’t rare by my local park or I just got extremely lucky. Either way, I don’t really know.
Sometimes the general odds are misleading, like your odds of getting attacked by a shark. In reality it depends a lot on where you live on the planet and how often you swim in shark infested waters.
That's true. But that still doesn't make it likely. There are only a few shark attacks a year. So even if you swam in shark-infested waters every single day, it probably won't happen to you.
@@DavidEdwards9801 depends on type of shark, diving tours often take you near sharks, sometimes you can even touch them. I doubt they have aggressive types around those areas.
Australian boulder opal is pretty rare, and absolutely amazing. Yowah nuts are the most amazing rocks on earth, and only found in Yowah (look em up if you never saw one). Everyone should have one. They each have their own unique personality, making diamonds look basic.
Me and my father once had a bear enter our campsite, it ended up eating around 3 pounds of candy, MREs, and other foods. Afterwards it took a long nap on the table.
good job dude! i was on a clover field last month or so, and i found three 4 leaf clovers, which is insane, but i have never seen/found a 5 leaf clover
Something rare in my opinion, is when me and my friend were playing, we were just sitting there talking and then I was like: OMG A FIVE LEAF CLOVER!!! And it was!!!!!! Then five minutes later I found 8 4 leaf ones. I also have a video of the 5 leaf.
I actually had a clover with 5 leafs one time. But I found also around 10-20 clovers with 4 leafs at the same place, so i guess it was because of some mutation in the whole area. But I didn't know it would be that rare.
well there are more than 7 billion people in the world. if even only half of them tried to find five leaf clover in life, there would be around 4000 people who will find five leaf clover. let alone the next generations.
My brother slipped on a banana peel. I didn't know it was so rare. What makes it even less likely or more rare is that we had just been talking about the cartoon trope and how no one actually slips on banana peels just a few hours before it happened to him.
me and my nephew were hunting for crawdads just on a random day, and we found a 1 / 2,000,000 blue crawdad claw! we didnt know it was rare until i saw this video. pretty cool!

Her hens were all under 2 years old but none were first time layers, so I guess the free ranging life with all the bugs and fresh air might have some influence.

Wow, I guess I didn't realize how old some of these toys are! I'm not nerdy enough because I didn't play with them, however, I guess I am beyond ancient because I can remember buying these Yu-Gi-Oh cards for my boys when they were younger!!!! I guess that makes me waaayyyyyy old....LOL!!! I love your channel, your content, and your personality!!! Thank you and keep up the great work! I hope you have a wonderful weekend, take care, and stay safe!!!! 🤓
no it doesn't.

Cool
But is it true?

I agree,… When we came to visit Canada ,… we had a trip,.. and my husband just reached down and fiund a four leaf clove, and an other one, later that week.. Ohh boy I wish we where lucky…
Crazy to think 1 man was struck by lightning 7 times in his life.
He’s taken one for the team
I used to have a big patch of clovers in my yard and it was always very easy to find a four leaf one.
Pretty sure sooner or later they'll be growing legs ngl

I remember finding 5 4-leaf clovers and 1 5-leaf clover. We thought it was normal because we had a lot growing around our home. But now that I see how rare it is makes me so happy. I also flipped a coin and I bet against my whole class, I said "Side" and they thought it was ridiculous. Then it landed on it's side making everyone else lose...

The rarest thing is that supercell isn‘t bringing out an OP Brawler
we have chickens as pets, and we've gotten maybe 20 double yolk eggs from 3 different chickens in one year. we didn't think much of it, other than more food.

Sometimes the general odds are misleading, like your odds of getting attacked by a shark. In reality it depends a lot on where you live on the planet and how often you swim in shark infested waters.
WOW!
There are also other factors, such as if you're wearing jewelry the shark might mistake for prey, or whether or not you start struggling.
That's true. But that still doesn't make it likely. There are only a few shark attacks a year. So even if you swam in shark-infested waters every single day, it probably won't happen to you.
@@rome8180 No thanks !! 🤣🤣
@@DavidEdwards9801 depends on type of shark, diving tours often take you near sharks, sometimes you can even touch them. I doubt they have aggressive types around those areas.
