On my top 10 list to visit is Sarande! Love the beach! And I believe Americans can stay 360 days without extra Visas. Go NOLES!

You are correct, as an American you can stay 12 months.
Love, love, love Saranda! We'll certainly be going back again in the future when we are doing the "schengen shuffle" since it's not in the schengen zone at this time.
