I’m surprised on how much the Cavs guys pushed back on it. lamelo doesnt impact winning. that’s the number one thing to look for in an all-star level player. he scores 30 because he takes tons of bad shots and shoots the ball a ton. If he was actually as good as his stats show, his team wouldn’t be in the bottom of the NBA year after year. Also ethan, saying, you disagreed that Mobley and Garland would be all stars on other teams is crazy. using Mitchell elevating them is a terrible example. Garland has already been an all-star without Mitchell and his box score stats would explode as the number one option not sharing a ball. hes been better than mitchell this season Evan Mobley on a team that only has one All-Star caliber player instead of four also would be averaging 25 and 10 easily. These guys sacrifice. There easily all stars in other situations

His numbers are down across the board. Points, fg% 3p% ft% efg% are all down across the board and he’s barely averaging better numbers than allen but you said his numbers don’t scream all star. Make it make sense.
