I had 5 in 5 years - I walked around at 4 cm dilated for the last month with the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th lol!!! It was SO devastating to go two weeks overdue with my 5th. They told me my uterus was on strike HA! Indeed, they were right. I had her at home, but she was it for me. You'd think a 5th would slide right out, but she was by far the toughest (I had the others naturally, just at a hospital), and my body was wiped out. I don't recommend having so many so close together, but it was of the Lord. We see that now very clearly. I love your family, your story, and your channel. My daughter met her husband in Kenya on a YWAM discipleship school when she was 18. They married and served the Lord together there for 14 years, but sadly he was unfaithful to her over and over and over again. She is now here in the states raising their 4 beautiful kids. It's been defastating to watch her struggle, but she inspires me every single day. She's a dedicated mother, and God is her husband, just as He promises.

Yay, baby & mommy had a blessed & safe delivery! I was screaming, “get out of that bed & make some moves 😂”! Laying down slows down the process. Y’all saw how she was having no pain & in labor & didn’t even know it? Medicine is weird when it comes to L& D. Keep moving until you feel baby is ready & don’t go to the hospital until until you’re having contractions that are @ the least 3-5 minutes apart for 1-2 hours. Listen to your body & baby. Eat lightly & drink fluids. Safe labor to all about to bring forth your blessings! Love & blessings from Texas!
Surprisingly for both my babies I was at least 3 cm dilated during my last check up so they admitted me immediately both times even though I was not in pain just to be safe. For both, I had to be induced after 24hrs and I had at least 2hrs of extremely painful contractions but eventually they had to break my water with my first and had to get stitches after. With my 2nd the water broke but I had a tear😖 plus they still had to make the cut and stitch after. I guess we all go through different experiences so it's hard to know what to expect.
This comment is very helpful. Nairobi private hospitals are so quick to Cs women who are not candidates for it especially if you show up in hospital earlier before actual labour. I am a victim. May Vbac be my portion on my second one.

It’s faster & surgery is super fun (I have friends that are OB’s & one let me shadow a diagnostic surgery procedure on a 32 week OB patient. It was amazing)! I am expecting too, I will put more of my faith during my pregnancy and pray in advance for my baby's safe delivery and for my health and endurance throughout the delivery.
I can relate because this happened to me 44 years ago and I was delivering a premature 7 months baby. But praise God there were no other complications except he had to be in the incubator for a month. Congratulations! God bless your family ❤️

Exactly. My husband thinks labor pain isn’t that’s bad because I’m the kind of person who goes quiet when I’m experiencing pain . So him watching me not make any noise during my delivery , he assumes it wasn’t that bad which pisses me off . He still says “ it can’t be that bad . You hardly made any noise !” ! 🤬🤬🤬 I reminded him of the women next door who was shrieking in pain and his stupid ass thinks it’s because she’s weak and couldn’t rake the pain as well as me . 🤯 I love my husband but when it comes to not acknowledging my labor pain , he pisses me off

I reflected on your worship session at church and all that happened afterwards. It was a fight in the spirit. Your husband declared 8 to 9 cm dilation and prayers at the same time. Spiritual warfare. I was given oxytocin with my first two children to strengthen labour it was horrible, I vowed never again will I go through it, for the 3rd and 4th born, I opted for homebirths with just my family and a midwife on standby. I learned alot from my 2 hospital births and 2 homebirths. The woman's body is divine.
I also had a home birth after I decided never to deliver in the hospital again. I delivered 4 in the hospital. 3 with pitocin. @@homesteadingwiththeangafam2158

That was tough and rough. Each delivery is always unique in its own kind of way even if not a 1st time mum. This has reminded me of my first born, was induced at 3cm and stuck at that for 24 hours, the pain, Oh Lord, that I will never forget. Ended up having an emergency CS, was totally out of energy and blacking out due to the pain and being exhausted. Second born I tried VBAC, at 40 weeks I was 2cm, went home and waited for 2 more weeks for labour to come on its on, only to go to hospital and was told am still at 2cm, was just taken to theatre. Am now pregnant with my 4th baby and have accepted CS to be the way for us. Praise be to God you had a safe delivery.

Exactly. My husband thinks labor pain isn’t that’s bad because I’m the kind of person who goes quiet when I’m experiencing pain . So him watching me not make any noise during my delivery , he assumes it wasn’t that bad which pisses me off . He still says “ it can’t be that bad . You hardly made any noise !” ! 🤬🤬🤬 I reminded him of the women next door who was shrieking in pain and his stupid ass thinks it’s because she’s weak and couldn’t rake the pain as well as me . 🤯 I love my husband but when it comes to not acknowledging my labor pain , he pisses me off

I reflected on your worship session at church and all that happened afterwards. It was a fight in the spirit. Your husband declared 8 to 9 cm dilation and prayers at the same time. Spiritual warfare. She is going to be a prayer warrior and her destiny has to be protected.

I was given oxytocin with my first two children to strengthen labour it was horrible, I vowed never again will I go through it, for the 3rd and 4th born, I opted for homebirths with just my family and a midwife on standby. I learned alot from my 2 hospital births and 2 homebirths. The woman's body is divine.
I also had a home birth after I decided never to deliver in the hospital again. I delivered 4 in the hospital. 3 with pitocin. @@homesteadingwiththeangafam2158

Each delivery is always unique in its own kind of way even if not a 1st time mum. This gave me chills to the bone marrow but the joy when its all over is unexplainable; worth the pain. I had oxytocin to augment Labour, so intense contractions it was so bad.I had a terrible birth with our 1st &2nd born both horrible hospital births that pushed me to homebirths with our 3rd and 4th,they were the most gentle, beautiful births.
I will never go to hospital ever for birth. They always manage to turn what is supposed to be a beautiful natural experience into a trauma.

This has reminded me of my first born, was induced at 3cm and stuck at that for 24 hours, the pain, Oh Lord, that I will never forget. Ended up having an emergency CS, was totally out of energy and blacking out due to the pain and being exhausted. Second born I tried VBAC, at 40 weeks I was 2cm, went home and waited for 2 more weeks for labour to come on its on, only to go to hospital and was told am still at 2cm, was just taken to theatre. Am now pregnant with my 4th baby and have accepted CS to be the way for us. Praise be to God you had a safe delivery.
