Parts are simple, 4mm nut (tire nut). 4mm (M4) threaded rod at least 5 inches to cut down to size. Last part is a 4mm hex coupling (M4 female to female)
The problem with all of these dually setups is the axles are too wide the wheels stick out so far it looks hideous. It's almost like you need to use the Rear axle off a 1/12 scale crawler in order to get proper wheel fitment but then you have to watch for shock rubbing with a narrower axle . I want to do duallys on one of my crawlers but until I can come up with something that doesn't stick out like crazy I won't do it

I used a deep dish wheel and flipped it around and it made it look way better. Only about half of the tire sticks past the finder
