Uniques from this mechanics are not count as natural drop uniques, so you can even hit mageblood at t1 maps. :x This is why there is many rare non corrupted uniques at market that are not 75ilvl
So far from my testing, it seems like the mods are associated with either the map mod, or the mods (buffs) that's on the monster. Don't quote me on this though, this is just my theory. The best way I find to get the mod, is to just pack the map with as many rare or magic monsters as you can. For example using strong boxes and buff the boxes with your atlas passives, or saxtants giving more magic/ rare packs, or use domination on the map device that gives shrines, and use atlas passive to buff the shrines etc. Ignore the white mobs to save you time. I've been doing this, and not having too much issue completing these recipes.

Harvest gave me that jewel in day 4. And gwennen gave me mageblood on day 6. By this logic, I shouldn't even bother with archnemesis, which I don't :D
