Thank you for the info. But let me add, after opening just the top cover, then pinching the two buttons to lift the small cover above the rollers, I was able to clean all the rollers entirely with a fine brush and cloth. And my paper jam problem is solved!! didnt have to open all the screws as shown in your video. Just sharing my experience 🙂
