Our Pilates instructor is a male. He is excellent. We call him Captain Crunch. I have been taking Pilates for 20 years and it has helped me immensely with my sciatic pain.

I took Pilates for years over a decade. It definitely transformed my body. And yes, there were guys in the class. It was annoying. They love to come and stare at the beautiful women.
At age 74, I’ve only done 10 sessions and I can’t feel the difference. My posture is certainly better!!
