Yess! Only this morning!! I kid you not, I had to remind myself, Shalana... you cannot be ruled by how you feel. You cannot allow your feelings to dominate and rule over you! I was soooo drowzy but i know I have some work to get done lol. But... its a life of faith and obedience. There are many many things we have to do in Christ by faith in obedience to Him. There are many things we would not feel to do but we must obey!

100% true. It’s a privilege to even have the ability to come to that realization and crucify our flesh. It is a true testament of his overwhelming and insecapable love that even in those moments he gives us the opportunity and the will to be intentional in worshiping and honoring him whether we feel like it or not and not to pull away from him at a time where our flesh could lead us to because of how we feel❤️

Amen. I love the fact that this is what we do. When you love him and you want to keep your relationship with him and show him your love for him...you keep pushing.....you stay intentional. And I believe he stays intentional with us so I try to stay intentional with him. To God be the Glory. He is amazing. #JesusChristismyfriend

The hard part is not changing the good parts of you. We hear “you need to change” so much. There are somethings that don’t need changing. God never changes - be like him.

At church last night I didn't feel anything, didn't even want to praise or sing to God. He finally showed up and blessed me. I just do what I know I am supposed to do. God blessed me with His presence.

I so agree with all you beautiful women ❤️. I tell God I'm so happy that he created me natural to praise him. I have a testimony I'm not boosting or nothing. 4 years ago I lost my oldest son, when the detective came to my home to give me that horrible news I went to my bedroom and I instantly start praising God I wasn't trying to it just happened. Week's later I was taking a shower and the enemy said to me" you ask God to protect your son now look what happened he's dead". I rebuke the enemy and said no he's not dead and God is still protecting him because my son is back with his Creator safe. See I've always prayed over my children the enemy wanted me to doubt God. That's what I mean when it's just like you said we are created to praise God. He knows our heart and I'm so happy he does ❤️. Love You guy's for all you do. Bless you Ladies 💕. This is so encouraging as I prepare to lead worship on Sunday with more enforced restrictions. Remembering, It’s not about how I feel but that as I die to my flesh I choose to keep my eyes on Jesus, the author and perfect or if my faith. All glory to Him. Thank you ladies xo

you sing directly to God. yes you leading people in worship but make it be about him. and don't wait to workship when you get to the church or wherever. let it be a day to day thing you are doing and before you
get to church or wherever. you make sure you already be getting into his presence.

please pray for me. I have finished my chemotherapy for cancer. While undergoing treatment my two daughters moved out suddenly, my mother died, and my wife almost died due to covid. I suffer from anxiety attacks and depression. I suddenly have become an empty nester. I have been crying every day since February 27th the day my eldest daughter left. I am anxious about my situation and feel like i'm not needed anymore. Feel like a senior in an old folks home just waiting for death or the rapture. I'm expected back at work on August 3rd and I am fearful of going back. I have 2.5years before I can get a full pension. Am in debt for$26,000. My sisters are fighting for money from my mothers house. And call me often to complain. Like Elijah, I have prayed to the Lord to take my life

Thank you so much needed to hear this in this overwhelming exam season, how do we differentiate feeling and exhaustion when u need to study or do other things?
Hey. Sometimes the feeling of exhaustion in exam time is actually prolonged anxiety and fear. " What if I fail? Oh my, there is so much work to do, I won't get through it. Oh no, I should have started studying earlier!" These thoughts exhaust us. So even when we sleep, we don't rest! (This is an example, it may not be in your case, but it affects some people)
Secondly: treating our bodies very badly in exam time. We don't sleep enough, we don't cook anymore ( to save time) we eat sugary food and too much coffee or coke, 😃 we don't drink enough water. Two weeks of this and our bodies are like " Nope!" And yet we still need to study. Again, this may not be you! But many students do this. So- first, we must take our fear and anxiety to God. Release it and realise it's NOT his will for us to be anxious (though it is 'normal' in the world to be stressed. It is not normal for us believers.) We must STAND on the Word of God. Wake up early and spend the first 45 minutes just sitting with Jesus. Just talk, complain - pour out your heart! Then get the strategy for the day. With God, you can study one hour and it will be like you studied 4 hrs. It is HIM who gives the victory. Jesus! Not our hands. When we see that, we change our whole view of exams and realize that He is the one who wants us to succeed more than anyone else..amen.

Sometimes it takes some time and prayer for the feelings to come under the Holy Spirit like Jesus in the Garden of Gethsamane.
Dear God🙏♥️💕 in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness.
I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin.
You said in the bible that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.
Right now I confess Jesus as my Lord. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Amen.
