Some ppl actually prefer the “grid scalp” look. Most go for the lighter looks bc of vacations, travel, and work especially if the style has to be put in a ponytail. When your whole head is wet the hair can become extremely heavy causing discomfort . But lets picture a small head with a bunch of hair on it … it’ll look like a thick untamed mop. Once the curly hair fully dry , it swell , so it dont keep the “wet” look throughout the duration of the hairstyle which fills in the “spaces” you see.
I know I'm a bit late lol but I feel the same way. When you do smaller braids, or micros perhaps, the boho wont give the same look because the gaps between the braid is smaller and that makes the boho look stringy. I've tried the same with small braids, it just doesnt look the same.

I used this hair for multiple clients including my mom and it last awhile. The curl does drop to a loose wave which is still really pretty. My mom currently has the hair in for 5 weeks and it still looks good 😊

And do you have a brand you recommend for synthetic? And 3 lengths if I’m wanting it to my waist? Also, have you found any human hair blonde curl bundles? I wanted to get some dye then lavender 😭
For my preference I like having the braid itself to be braiding hair. And all the curls left out to be human hair. The braiding hair helps tuck in the natural hair and stays closer to the root longer. People get 100% human hair because some people are allergic to synthetic hair. Or they just like the look. I love both, but if you want it to last longer, I would say use braiding hair for the braid. For the length I use 16 and 18 or 20. I am testing out this blonde hair right now, which is a loose wave and the video will be out in two weeks.
So if I using braiding hair and add human hair, how many pieces of human hair should be added I’f I want a more sew in look. I want the braids to be undetectable. Sort of like the hair in this video I like that the ends are loose and no braid is showing. I don’t know if my question makes sense 😅 also what size would this be?

I have used kinky curly in my boho knotless before. It looked lovely although the maintenance was a lot more as opposed to the looser textures.
