I definitely did my boho with a kinky curly texture rather than a loose 3 type texture and loved it!!
Where did you get the kinky curly texture from and how was the upkeep?
@@speakingtruth9924 it was synthetic, Janet collection! I crocheted them to my braids and really loved it. It did tangle some but the pack was only $5. Maintained it with water and conditioner mostly, every now and then maybe a little gel or foam to define the curls more. The gel actually helps from tangling!

I did this and I kept them in for 2 months!!! I did not want to take them out. I loved them soooooo much! Next time I won’t keep em in for so long because I washed em like 5 times and so my hair locked up in some of the braids but that was my fault 😂. I’m gonna try them again I’m officially hooked.

Love, love, love! Is there an alternative to the human hair (Bora Bora)? Is there an equivalent that may be more affordable? Also can you show how to do a braid that's in the back? I think doing the back braids requires different movement. Thank you!
Thank you as far as an alternative I can’t recommend any because I haven’t tried it you would have to do more research. Here’s a video showing my movement when braiding from the backth-cam.com/video/06EhpMmhTmk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=VVJX1NWhAltYhmyn
But always practice on yourself and move your body in a way that works for you. My advice is the best way to do it is what feels natural to your hand movement plus TH-cam is a great tool for further help if that’s something you struggle with. Hope that helps!💙

At some point in the future can u redo this style with no synthetic hair? Just ur hair and the boho pieces in the base braid? I am Just curious to hear ur thoughts on that method. I feel like hair this curly is prob gonna age REALLY well bc it’s not gonna matter if ur hair gets frizzy, the style itself is frizzy, u prob gonna have these braids in forever lol.
Unbrush gonna make me throw out EVERY other brush i have. I didn’t think it got better than a tangle teaser, it does. 😅
That unbrush is so fire I swear by it for real!!
As far a doing this method without synthetic hair I personally wouldn’t go that route because of the amount of maintenance needed for this hair. Using the synthetic hair helps secure the added human hair more imo.💙💙💙

You just gave me an idea… I think I’m gonna braid my natural hair and add kinky curly hair into the braids… hmmm think it could work? My hair is 20 to 24 in. Has anyone tried it? Would it be too much tension?
You definitely can but might want the protection of adding a little bit of braiding hair. Someone else’s vid I watched/or comment I read she too has long hair. But with all that extra hair added, you might want someeee protection.
