The lower denominations RM1 and RM5 being plastic has probably saved the national bank a lot of money and resources on damaged notes. In Malaysia, we have markets (aka pasar) and it's very common that money gets passed around a lot. You can imagine how much wear and tear the notes will go through daily, and that's not even including wet markets or for when it rains. So I think it was a very smart move to have them being polymer, being both waterproof and tear proof.

have u seen 1000 ringgit malaysia bill
There still a secret in Malaysian ringgit that i know actually
I only have one piece of Rm 2.00 money but now I don't know where the money is 😔😔
1 and 5 ringgit used to be made of paper
The 2 ringgit is one of the rarest money in malaysia
that why u can not simple and illegally duplicate the malaysia banknote cause the they easily know in glance .
The RM symbol is brought by Anwar Ibrahim.
I love his videos.
easy to remember because of the color
Notice how Phezz pronounces the ringgit correctly but Miles keeps saying it as "ring-it."
I do forgot how rm1000 looklike
i dont no that now i no that tq. #guy's
