All these round tables, especially with your team are SO informative. And having worked in the industry for a few years (in BC, Canada) the information is so relevant and transferable. I know you make these for your own success but thank you for being transparent and taking us for the ride. Like I said, under appreciated.
Mr. Kirchman could record the lessons he gives to his team and make them available in a Library of sorts. I've heard of Realtor teams using Loom (or other tools) for this purpose. Maybe go over the big ones in a weekly way (internal) via a video call.
Jesse, my magic is in bringing in great people first. Using our pre made training program which we are constantly tweaking and show them the vision of company and our goals and then see how that aligns with theirs. Now question for you do they sell these processes somewhere even if just an outline.
