I saw this in the online replay thingy labeled as "MUST WATCH". The 2-puyo chaining rule was weird, so I looked through the timeline of events for a 28 chain.
So I watched it.
My ears are dead.

The crazy thing is, that’s not even the max. 12 x 6 = 72 / 2 = 36. The theoretical max is 36. Though I don’t think anyone would ever attempt it, or even be able to do it without cheats

Happened to me but I joined a random free play match and they got a 21 chain with an all clear at the end

Keep stalling sig, maybe you will still win. Technically a 39 chain should JUST be possible, not sure I want to plan that one as I'd need to figure out an efficient way to transition without wasting vertical space and the grind would be horrible!
