- Much fun! The 19 chain is the strongest possible attack in the game and uses up all (but 2) spaces on the puyo board. I had to set the chain limit to 12 so the cpu doesn't ruin it, any higher and they self destruct lol. This sends 741,600 garbage (I think, if my calculations including margin time, character, etc. is correct) and maxes out damage at 6 comets (8640 nuisance puyo), enough to defeat an opponent 120 times over. I chose Fever mode and Arle for this as she only receives dual puyo pieces, making it easy to make puyo disappear with the vanishing trick until you get the colours you want.

the funny thing is the "board smacked by extra garbage" animation plays even though 0 garbage is sent from the 4 chain due to the 12 chain lower limit

The best I've ever done (via # of chains) is around 8 too, but in general my best was a 5 Combo All-Clear Chain.

-@@nicthecat Actually, a puyo board is 6x13. (Including hidden row at top). This means that there are 78 spaces on the board. Assuming you clear 4 puyos with each group, 4*19 =76. This means that an optimal 19-chain has two free spaces that don't get used. If you filled these two spaces, you would, in theory, not all clear.-
EDIT: On second thought, there would be no way to fill the two spots above the x's without topping yourself out, making my point invalid. Ignore what I said.
@@lukario2666 well, don't dismiss your point that quickly. With a different dropset, it could be possible, though would probably be really annoying to build, probably requiring a lot of luck, too.
@@Ghav the last piece placed, if they were a triple puyo piece being 2 red and 1 green, could theoretically not make it an all clear if the reds in column 1,2 and 3 in rows 4 and 5 were purple

yes, but only in fever mode. Each character is labelled (e.g. "Big chains or nothing" like Raffina, is best when doing very large chains, whereas "reverses fever" such as Sig is stronger in fever).

holy crap!! also, two questions if thats okay. one: how did you set this up? it looks like fever mode but in the puyo tetris style; im pretty sure fever mode isnt in that game? is this a fanmade mode? also, how did you send the puyos you didnt want above the board? is that a glitch of some kind? very cool video !! :)
It’s Puyo Puyo champions it’s 10 dollars and you can only buy it digitally, there is 1 unseen row above the Puyo Puyo board, I’m pretty sure that is the case in all games

yup, in puyo puyon (4), and even tho they removed it the next thing is a @ character with eyes if you push it to that limit (if you do the story you will encouter it with a special puyo

@@GreenDog3 to get 20 i think there's a setting to change how many puyos you need to connect to make a pop - so change it to 2 or 3 (instead of the default 4) so you can make larger chains in the same board space
I think it's possible for a 20 chain, just have to have the exact perfect piece for EVERYTHING to clear. Which makes it extremely hard to pull off.

There are 12 visible rows and a hidden 13th row on the puyo board. manoeuvring a piece above the 13th row causes it to disappear, this allowing one to indefinitely stall until they get the colours they need. weird this was fever yet there was not continuous offsetting or fever count
Nintendo boys before the match starts you can change the setting “minimum chain limit” (e.g minimum 5) so that no puyos are sent if the chain is shorter than that

3 Planets worth of Damage, isn't it? (Because 1 Planet = 2 Comets, so Each Planet has 2,880 Nuisance. A Comet has 1,440 Nuisance, because 2 Crowns. Each Crown has 720 Nuisance, The Crown is Created by 2 Moons and Each Moon has 360 Nuisance. A Moon is 2 Stars, Each Contains 180 Nuisance [created by 6 Rocks], Which means a Rock has 30 Nuisance, a Large has 6 Nuisance and a Small is a Single Unit of Nuisance.)
According to the Math, 2,880 x 3 = 8,640
