This was over 22 years ago on my first car. I gotten a 1998 Ford Contour SE back in mid October 1999. I got it before my driver’s license. I failed first time on the test but,passed the 2nd time. The first car was a good car for my first one. It had a radio with cassette player. It was automatic, cruise controls, power windows, power locks, and dual airbags. It was the late 90’s. I was 29 years old on that car.
That frs will probably run for another 100k if its in good shape and in few years when hes got credit and income he can buy another car and buying a cheaper car as a first car its a test to see if teens can appreciate the value of money.
Yea but that's a big IF and the Dealership will never tell you the true history of the car!

Loving the intro! And yes it is good to know how to drive a manual. We have a couple manual fire trucks at our department and only a few people including myself that can drive them. Nice car!
It amazes me how many people cant drive manual,and the fear in their eyes when you tell them its nothing,just like riding a bike once u get the hang of it .I guess different times ,I grew up riding mini bikes ,then dirtbikes ,learned to drive at a very young age,No computers ,or cell phones ,shit when the beeper came out that was like WOW LOL

I had a scion Tc when they first came out. I was the man for that summer. The only issue I had was not installing a stable bar in the rear. That car fish tailed on me so many times I ended up crashing twice. I didn't go for a third so I got rid of it.😂😂😂

don't be scared of a manual. it's make you a better driver. My little brother still has his scion tc, manual, 2013 i think though. I'm always down for a Nissan.

Damn man them cars are nice Asf but 1/15/22 I Had Got A Nice Red 2015 Toyota Corolla S preowned This is my 3rd car because my GMC Acadia 2011 is in the shop & it needs a whole new engine with car parts being down it’s going to take awhile so i needed a car so I can get to & from work !! But I love it !’ Also I got really lucky because at the dealership the salesmen was like I was really Lucky because there were a lot of action on that car alot of people wanted it I just came at the perfect time cost about like 15k

Yep I agree, I had big arguments with my GF over the car she ended up getting her daughter.I said we will get a car that's low mileage,(not brand new) in the $4 -$6k range,reliable blah blah blah, Well her daughter wasnt having it she wanted 2016 or newer (it was 2018) Well against my beliefs she got it,I said No Nissan ,and they got a nissan, Transmission Let go 3 times (under warranty) She dont take care of it,filthy with dents,Sigh it pisses me off.LOL

@@FatKat8181 I agree on that 100% ,but with patients ,and spending some time looking there is some like new low mileage cars out there that wont break the bank.3 years ago I found one ,looked at it and snatched it up.Its been my daily since, It was original owner garaged 45000 miles ,2005 Ford escape 4x4 ,I am at 86k now and have not put a dime into it other then oil changes ,and a recent set of tires.The last month or so I been looking through craigslist again to find something in the 2009-2012 range ,with the same situation ,low miles ,like new yet, and private owned.I paid $5,800 for it,I wish it were easier to find used cars like this situation but its actually tough..

they should be another 100k miles on that car easy FatKat! If is been took care of any at all.. that kinda mileage means nothing on a Toyota man! $11-12k isn't a bad price for the car.. probably get it for 9-10k!
