The play arts kai kingdom hearts figures only has kairi (very hard to get/find), riku, aqua, roxas and axel (out of scale with KH3 PAKs), and 100 different versions of sora. So yeah, you can't get the entire cast in play arts kai. Bring arts all the way.

I started with Bring Arts HalloweenTown Sora and never looked back!
Never played it either but they look cool.
