Polo, I have enjoyed ALL your reactions of Elvis. You often say some people say "this" & "that" about Elvis. You said much of the criticism you heard was not true after reacting to his performances. You hear people questioning his talent. You have seen enough of Elvis to admit this man's talent was versatile & and wide-ranging. As far as being a "copycat," "stole songs," & "was not worthy to be called The King of Rock & Roll by his fans," you should watch Elvis & The Black Community-That Echo Will Never Die & Elvis & The Black Community-Part 2. These two videos will shut down all these "accusations" by people who simply despise Elvis. You mentioned you always thought Sean Connery was the baddest white dude prior to learning about Elvis. You likely heard the saying, "All the women WANTED him & all the men wanted to BE him." Well, in my opinion, I know only two people that can claim this description, Elvis & James Bond 007 (Sean Connery). You probably have seen Sean Connery play Bond. But you must react to Elvis' video of Love Me Tender, Live concert in Las Vegas, 1970. You reacted to a '50's Love Me Tender version, but the 1970 Las Vegas video is the best example of why women WANTED Elvis & men wanted TO BE him. I thoroughly enjoy your reactions! Thank you, Sir!

B.B. King stated in an interview: Once something is out there, anyone can add or take from it. They didn’t make a mistake when the called him the king.” B.B. King would know. 🎸🎸🎸
Elvis never copied anybody's moves. He made up his own. He did get his gospel roots from black churches. He was and is still number one of all time. The king!💖💖
@@bwana-ma-coo-bah425 His moves were natural like his emotions when he sang… you could see he felt the song with his whole being! I never even heard of Elvis going to a high school dance. When he started singing he was not even aware of why the girls were screaming so he asked his band and they told him it was his movement and to keep on doing it because it worked. He was not even aware he said he just couldn’t stand still when he sang!!!
This song still gives me chills and I'm an old lady. This was a once in a lifetime voice or maybe even one for the ages. I hope they have free concerts in Heaven and I get a front row seat!
Elvis is King! "Elvis Presley was a baritone whose voice had an extraordinary compass - the so-called register - and a very wide range of vocal colour. It covered two octaves and a third, from the baritone low-G to the tenor high B, with an upward extension in falsetto to at least a D flat." A very STRONG singer.😍
Nobody and I say nobody can sing & perform like Elvis! He didn’t copy other artists either and that’s why he’s undoubtedly the greatest voice God has given to!
Elvis Presley was original! Elvis had a gift from God that no one has ever seen and will never see again. A question.... How can God give this one human so much talent. RIP❤❤
There is NO DOUBT that ELVIS PRESLEY is the KING OF ROCK and ROLL!!! He has been inducted into 5 Music Hall of Fames and awarded an unbelievable amount of awards and accolades! He was a wonderful man and humanitarian, also!!! Greatest ever ENTERTAINER!!! Thanks for your reaction!
And yet only 1 Grammy award.! It's difficult to take those awards seriously when the King of Rock and Roll was only awarded one time, and it wasn't even for rock music! It was for a gospel record! Wow! Just. Wow
Those grammies are a farce. You have to look at his album sales to get a clearer picture. Considering that he never toured outside of the US except Canada 57 for 2 shows and his sold so many albums its absolutely incredible!!
He has the highest grossing record sales of all time. I believe to date it is approaching 1.2 billion album sales. No one else on earth even comes close. King of Rock n Roll for sure!
I believe the 50s Elvis was the king of rock and roll, the 60s Elvis, after he came out of the army, played with his voice more, he put everything he could into every note, and he simply became the king, no matter what song Elvis sang, it just ended up coming out perfect, and he reminded everybody exactly how good he is, the 70s Elvis still had the flawless voice, and stage presence, but the power of his voice, and the control Elvis had of that voice is unmatched, and I don't think it will ever be equaled
But, Polo, what you'll find out as you continue listening to more and more ELVIS is that he sang songs of all kinds. What now my love demonstrated his powerful voice for ballads and love songs. He also had an innocent playful side shown by songs like Jailhouse Rock and Hound Dog. If those were the only Elvis songs a person had heard, they might think he was just goofy and not a serious artist. As you continue to delve into many of his other hits, you find yourself holding your breath as he uses that powerful voice of his. Even though he has been known as The King of Rock & Roll, you'll find that R&R is by no means the only songs or genres that he sings. He was raised dirt poor, but as he made money, he was very generous... well known for giving people Cadillac cars and many other gifts. He also had a strong desire to be a serious actor. He starred in a few teeny-bopper movies, but was never allowed to develop that talent as he wanted to. I was never a huge Elvis fan...the Beatles were my guys, but whenever an Elvis song came on the radio, I stopped whatever I was doing and listened intently. Elvis WAS the King of more than just Rock & Roll.
Elvis's voice, and the control Elvis had of that voice, is unmatched, and I don't think it will ever be equaled, no matter what genre he sang, his voice was flawless
I heard him sing this live when the Aloha from Hawaii concert was broadcast live around the world 1973. 3 months later I sat in a front row stage seat in Atlanta watching him perform it in front of me! This 74 year old Elvis fan still gets chills when I hear this. Btw watch his body movements while performing. He arranged all his music, like many talented performers,. He is actually directing the orchestra, band and singers with his infamous movements.
Have you EVER in your life heard anything like Elvis??? The voice, the entertainer, the looks, the character, the way he could actually live the song he was singing. He captivated his audience and had you on the edge of your seat! Yes, I was bless to see this beautiful gifted person live in concert once. He was and still is the best that ever lived. He gave his all and then some! God bless his heart. RIP ELVIS. Our forever love.....❤🙏❤
I was so lucky to see him in concert twice. His voice, looks, everything was. God given talent. He could mesmerize the audience. I have been a fan since I was 11 years old and I am 77 now. There will never be another like Elvis.❤️❤️
There will never be another Elvis. He was my Mom's favorite singer. I was honored to be able to take her to see him live. What a performance! He sang this song and I had goosebumps. His voice was so powerful he could have sang without a microphone and we would have heard him. Glad you enjoyed it too.
Elvis mesmerizes when he moves and he mesmerizes when he basically stands in one place and relies on his amazing vocals. No question that he’s the king.
He got better as he got older his voice deepened and became richer. Elvis's voice had a very very good range..plus his voice was beautiful and powerful.
I am a true music lover. All genre's. Elvis could sing anything & everything. He was as close to perfect as they come. He always showed the emotion in his music. SOULFUL!
My girlfriend and now wife of 50+ years had the opportunity to see Elvis at the Chicago Stadium. Our seats were terrible, seated directly behind a pillar. As a college student, I could not afford great seats. We had to lean to opposite sides of the pillar to see Elvis. He may not have been in the best shape of his life but he put his heart and soul into every song and gave a magnificent, powerful, performance. Simply unforgettable!
There are haters everywhere...that's ok, it's their loss...Elvis is the best..no one will ever come close to him !! Thank you for your wonderful reactions to Elvis and appreciating this beautiful man's talent ❤💜
Elvis was a gift from God that I have treasured since I was 11 years old some 67 years ago . No one before or after or to come will ever be able to compare with his talent his looks and the place that he still holds in my heart and and I still thank God for the gift of Elvis . So happy that generation after generations will be blessed with his music , which keeps him alive in our hearts.
So very true I was about the same age when he came into my life I passed him ondown to my daughter, granddaughter & great granddaughter & theycall love him to! Nay that man ain't never going to die!! ❤️
I'm not from the Elvis generation,i've heard several singers but i've never heard a voice as powerful as Elvis, he's unique, his voice is unique, his presence on stage is unique. Michael was a great dancer but his voice was weak.Elvis never imitated anyone, he had his own dance style.Elvis is the King.He never left North America and conquered the word, only The King could do that.He is the greatest artist that ever lived.I' don't think there wil ever be an artist like Elvis again.
I am a pure die in the wool atheist but could listen to him sing gospel all day! The power and the sincerity in his voice. The pure belief in every word the power in his voice is beyond belief!
I turned on one of his Gospel albums on the way to work one day...I AM a Christian ✝️ and was covered in tears by the time I pulled in to my office. Probably should have turned it to something else but the Spirit had me, I couldn't.
Mercy me that was awesome what a powerful voice,, who ever said Elvis can't sing needs their heads testing,, best version i have ever heard no-one comes close to him 💋
No one can compare to Elvis....No one before him n no one after him could even come close to this man... Anything he sang or did he made it his...I think that's why certain ppl out there bad mouth him because they know they could never complete with him...All Facts!!!!
The proof is in the pudding...ELVIS brought to the world a whole NEW type of music! He totally revolutionized music and society. The changes that he brought about are still in place and growing! He is in 5 MUSIC HALL OF FAMES! Thank you for your glowing reaction of the KING! He was and always will be the GOAT!!!
You are so right my daughter started liking him & his music when she was a small child of course I passed him on to her, when I was listening to his albums & had all of his records! She was right there listening, singing & dancing right along with me! Then she got married & had a daughter passed him right on to her so there's two generations of Elvis fans plus my granddaughter collected alot of his things when a teenager & decorated her bedroom all in Elvis! Better believe she still has all of it & has passed him on to her daughter so that makes 43 generations of Elvis fans!!! So that man ain't never gonna die!!! Lol
You were spot on about his power. If you haven't seen many, just wait, there is plenty more that shows how Elvis was so incredible. He could do Operatic, Country, R&B, Rock, Rockabilly (mixture of country and R&B), Gospel, really Elvis could just anything. This is why he is the best artist of music ever. No one has been so versatile as he was.
Best looking performer with so muchhhhh charisma . . . no one else can compare. No other performer has been able to sing and perform so many genres of music than Elvis and been successful in all of them . . . country, r&b, rock (rockabilly), pop, gospel, jazz, swing, big band . . .you name it, he could sing it!! (and sound great doing them all). No other singer has ever been able to touch to this or reach his accommplishments!!! Luv him forever!!!
No one compares to Elvis. If they think that someone else does they are plainly fooling themselves. This man as you mentioned sang it all and with ease. I read just recently that his voice became operatic as he got older and this rendition of What Now My Love shows that. He isn’t called the king for nothing.. TCB⚡️
Elvis Presley is my favorite singer in the world. From the beginning up to his death he has put out such a variety of songs. Starting with the young voice and maturing to greatness this man can sing. Listen to all of his songs, you won’t regret it!
No one can compare to Elvis for the passion and storytelling in his voice . He said after singing “ If I Could Dream “ that he would never sing another song he didn’t believe in . His ability to sing any genre is unparalleled. Such a beautiful voice and a lovely humble man . Gone too soon 😢❤❤❤😢
Nobody has that whole package like Elvis. The looks, swag, humor, talent, sex appeal…c’mon now. And his voice was amazing. How Great Thou Art (72 live). American Trilogy (the Aloha Hawaii concert) , Just Pretend (1970 live), Trying to Get to You (68 comeback), If I Can Dream (White Suit version 68 comeback). This will give you an idea about his vocal range and stage presence.
Elvis was totally original in the 1950s when he first released records. No one else was wiggling his hips and making girls swoon! His wonderful voice never failed him or his adoring public.
Elivis is Elvis...we HIS fans will always love him and protect him. He stands the test of time.....his voice is one of a kind even though there are thousands of tribute artists who try but unfortunately are not even close. God Bless Elvis and we his fans will keep his memory alive forever and forever...he was truly a gift from God.
The Beatles lead all acts, with a whopping 20 No. 1s of songs they wrote themselves when they surpassed Elvis Presley. Presley, who's notably absent from the list below, scored seven No. 1s in the Hot 100.
Fantastic!! Love your reactions Of course Elvis is the King. There are pretenders and contenders but he is the best ever ( to paraphrase the Boss). Springsteen said he burst on the scene and whispered in everyone's ears and we were never the same.❤️❤️

B.B. King stated in an interview: Once something is out there, anyone can add or take from it. They didn’t make a mistake when the called him the king.”
B.B. King would know. 🎸🎸🎸
Elvis was such a force. Sometimes it's like he just has rocket fuel behind his voice.
Elvis never copied anybody's moves. He made up his own. He did get his gospel roots from black churches. He was and is still number one of all time. The king!💖💖
He loved Tom Jones moves
He and Tom Jones were friends but Tom was not as versatile with his voice as Elvis…
@@buckdeal7667 Tom and Elvis were not friends, they knew each other, Elvis was jealous of Tom.
where do you think Elvis got his moves from? The back of a corn flakes packet?
@@bwana-ma-coo-bah425 His moves were natural like his emotions when he sang… you could see he felt the song with his whole being! I never even heard of Elvis going to a high school dance. When he started singing he was not even aware of why the girls were screaming so he asked his band and they told him it was his movement and to keep on doing it because it worked. He was not even aware he said he just couldn’t stand still when he sang!!!
Elvis is the king of rock and roll! No one has a magestical voice sends chills all over❤❤❤
This song still gives me chills and I'm an old lady.
It covered two octaves and a third, from the baritone low-G to the tenor high B, with an upward extension in falsetto to at least a D flat."
A very STRONG singer.😍
Nobody and I say nobody can sing & perform like Elvis! He didn’t copy other artists either and that’s why he’s undoubtedly the greatest voice God has given to!
Elvis was the most gifted natural singer with a beautiful voice. There are very few singers who can compare.
No one compares to Elvis. If you love a beautiful voice and any kind of music, Elvis Presley was a gift from God....❤❤❤
@@Angelfire. POLITICS!!!
He was a special performer who was incredibly exploited.
A true talent.
Nobody can sing like him , he had a golden voice
Elvis could and did sing any kind of music, even songs in the movies. Love Elvis
I was raised in the 50’s and I will say loud and clear Elvis is , was the king of rock and rock and for ever will be ❤❤❤
But, Polo, what you'll find out as you continue listening to more and more ELVIS is that he sang songs of all kinds.
The power in his voice was amazing 😢
There is no one who will ever compare to Elvis Presley, he is and was unique
It’s his undeniable charisma and that Voice! Like no other truly magical!
If you are quiet for the first seconds after a song ends... you were touched by magic! Very few artists can do that. Elvis was one of the very few
Totally agree with you❣️
WOW that's no maybe!! He is the BEST there ever was!
Elvis is the GOAT!! ( GREATEST OF ALL TIME )!! Nothing left to say !!
@@BigRed-Heron then keep quiet!
I am 77 years old amd have never tired of this wonderful voice.
Elvis had an incredibly powerful voice. When he lets loose it’s absolutely beautiful. One of many reasons why he was is and will always be THE KING
Great reaction! Anyone willing to listen to Elvis with an open mind will appreciate his talent.
I was so lucky to see him in concert twice. His voice, looks, everything was. God given talent. He could mesmerize the audience. I have been a fan since I was 11 years old and I am 77 now. There will never be another like Elvis.❤️❤️
The greatest ever. He was, is and will always be the king. A powerhouse.
His voice was a total miracle, so versatile and powerful that he puts all others to shame.
True dat
No one compares to Elvis! Their will never be another KING! 👑
There will never be another Elvis. He was my Mom's favorite singer. I was honored to be able to take her to see him live. What a performance! He sang this song and I had goosebumps. His voice was so powerful he could have sang without a microphone and we would have heard him. Glad you enjoyed it too.
As Elvis would say “He isn’t the King, that Jesus Christ is the King.”
Brings the chills! Elvis always felt the music!
I am a true music lover. All genre's. Elvis could sing anything & everything. He was as close to perfect as they come. He always showed the emotion in his music. SOULFUL!
And that is why people are still listening to his music and still praising him.
Elvis Presley was the greatest all around singer who ever performed. NO ONE compares to him.
Elvis was a gift from God that I have treasured since I was 11 years old some 67 years ago . No one before or after or to come will ever be able to compare with his talent his looks and the place that he still holds in my heart and and I still thank God for the gift of Elvis . So happy that generation after generations will be blessed with his music , which keeps him alive in our hearts.
exactly!
So very true I was about the same age when he came into my life I passed him ondown to my daughter, granddaughter & great granddaughter & theycall love him to! Nay that man ain't never going to die!! ❤️
Indeed, we had Elvis for most of our lives, we are very, very fortunate.x
I WONDER IF ELVIS SAW JUST HOW MUCH WE ALL LOVED HIM AND CRYED FOR HIM I JUST HOPE HE DID. LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU
I'm not from the Elvis generation,i've heard several singers but i've never heard a voice as powerful as Elvis, he's unique, his voice is
unique, his presence on stage is unique. Michael was a great dancer but his voice was weak.Elvis never imitated anyone, he had his own dance style.Elvis is the King.He never left North America and conquered the word, only The King could do that.He is the greatest artist that ever lived.I' don't think there wil ever be an artist like Elvis again.
No one compares to Elvis he was amazing.
😂
Look
Mercy me that was awesome what a powerful voice,, who ever said Elvis can't sing needs their heads testing,, best version i have ever heard no-one comes close to him 💋
There are millions of songwriter but there was only one ELVIS. He could transform every Song into a Number one Hit. That's why he is "THE KING"
Lol
Meant 3 generations!!
@@trevaherman4986 What in this World are you talking about...3 generations?
And that great person is still responsibility for many people's pay checks, 45 years after his passing. What entertainer has done that?
@@trevaherman4986 how do you say "his" music? he never wrote music or lyric.
Love Elvis...and I love your reactions ❤️ That final note is why...He's the King!!
There will never be anyone like Elvis! He is a one and only!🌹
No one compares to Elvis. If they think that someone else does they are plainly fooling themselves. This man as you mentioned sang it all and with ease. I read just recently that his voice became operatic as he got older and this rendition of What Now My Love shows that. He isn’t called the king for nothing.. TCB⚡️
My man Elvis beautiful inside and out and such a generous soul
He IS the King of rock n roll!! He was a generous and terrific human being! Nuff said!
You have got that right♡!!!!
Very true Elvis was the REAL DEAL. He was, is and will always be the KING. THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME!!!!!
Elvis was inspired by A LOT of people! ❤️
YES, WE WILL!
Chills everytime. Elvis vocal range and control is beautiful and stunning. There is no one that can sing like Elvis. There will never be another.
The Beatles lead all acts, with a whopping 20 No. 1s of songs they wrote themselves when they surpassed Elvis Presley. Presley, who's notably absent from the list below, scored seven No. 1s in the Hot 100.
ELvis still brings Tears of love to my Eyes
Noone will ever compare to elvis...ever. I'm 62 and he's always been my favorite
Fantastic!! Love your reactions
Of course Elvis is the King. There are pretenders and contenders but he is the best ever ( to paraphrase the Boss). Springsteen said he burst on the scene and whispered in everyone's ears and we were never the same.❤️❤️
