      What's the price because it says 2 million usd then in the video it also says 3.5 billion naira. 3.5 billion naira is way more than 2million usd

    This is something we can't never see it on CNN and aljazeera channel, we have been mislead by saying Nigeria is a shetule what a wonderful house's

    It’s a beautiful home!!👌👌 even with that kitchen the view from the masters makes up for it and the vanity pool!!. Just wow!!! Can’t believe it’s in Nigeria and being in Ikoyi it’s worth every cent of that price. I absolutely love it ❤️❤️❤️

    The apartment is beautiful with the exception of the kitchen. I think it’s great that they’ve gone for a Modular kitchen design but it’s poorly installed with gaps of varying sizes between modules and cupboard doors. I think Confidence has shown less expensive homes with higher quality kitchens. The rest of the apartment almost makes up for it and I love the rest of the finishes. Thank you for the presentation!

    My dear I'm watching from New York & I've been to Las Vegas severally & to Dubai. Trust it's not everyone who lives on this level. Its only a small percentage of people that have this type of money, they're called The 1% or 2%. Some people are lucky, few are blessed like this & others will do Abominations to get money even at their own peril. The bulk of your potential clients are hardworking for many years & probably can spend $70 to $200, maybe $300 to $400 if they have a strong career. I congratulate honest Nigerians who can afford this amazing property. You're looking sweet Confidence.💃🏽

    If I have this kind of money, I won’t definitely be buying this house. There is nothing luxury about this building. It’s not even furnished. Confidence, you have shown us better houses than this whose prices are not expensive like this. Even you know it. Anyway, I’m watching this particular video for entertainment purposes.

    • @youme1414
      @youme1414 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The location and the features of the building are better than many she has presented before. It is even better than the one in Banana Island for 3.2 million USD in one of her videos.
