Yes definitely keep up the paddle in hunts. I often see ducks on my swamp deer hunting trips but have never been duck hunting….yet lol! After over a year of falling tide duck school I’ve got the fever so bad now!

That was different. I am glad you left "Lucky" hanging out at the pond. You know it is not all about what is in the bag when you get home, it is also what is left behind in the brain. We will be talking about that ringer for a long time. If you had taken it that would have been the end of it. We do have resident flocks of those black bellied whistlers here. Sometimes they can show up pretty strong. I mentioned turtles eating our birds a couple of videos ago. They worked them black bellies over quick. They must be tasty. Thanks for taking me along again.

Another cool mixed bag. Glad you were able to stay dry. Looking forward to the next one. Need to do another crawfish and/or shrimp boil so this easterner can learn how it’s done Louisiana style.

Great hunt Nate. Never had a huntable bird hang around like that, but have grebes hang out fairly often. Awesome that you let him hang around. Just finished my season today with a great hunt, 2 canada geese and 3 mallards. Hope the rest of your season is amazing!!

@@fallingtidetv it works if you have a big spread of a few hundred decoys, like some areas here. But they do work and they do look like coots or a darker bird. I always get a laugh out of it. tie a few to some regular decoys and it works like a charm.
