Good job, Nate! A "Scotch Double", Annie doing her thing, no excessive shooting, using the right call and not over doing it, good hides and a good hunting partner! Also, dispatching & picking up your downed ducks, ASAP! You Sir, are the future of waterfowling. Love your style! Keeping it real! Oh, and them Sawbills will fool the best of us!
Gadwalls are the first ducks I ever killed in flooded timber. I was with my brother and that day will forever be ingrained in my memory. Pretty ducks. Annie is awesome.
That looked like fun. Way happy to see Annie out and doing her thing. She is a good girl. Hope we get to see her again. Those drake Gads are a good-looking bird. We don't see them down here, but I have a dozen decoys just in case.... Looking forward to what you bring us for the New Year. Hoping for all the best for you and the family.
Nice hunt! You can purchase a yak gear blind for your pirogue, it rolls up pretty compact. In conjunction with a layout seat and some brushing with natural vegetation it would be deadly!
Depends on the temperature, environment, and numbers of gators in the area. This particular day was cold and it’s a little too tidal and salty to have a large number of gators.
enjoying your hunts. Always surprised how much movement, talking and being out in the open (not in the layouts, but pirogue just sitting out). Never works like that for me. You'll hunting public or private in this one?
In low light, hide is just not that critical. And it’s about what kind of ducks you’re hunting too. We’ve hunted a lot of teal and spoonies and stuff like that, hide is not nearly as important. This was private land.
Nice to see you’ll making good hunts.. Ida destroyed our marsh. Only been able to hunt local lake shooting coots and dosgris this year. When the kiddos get older and are in sports gets hard to hunt!
@@fallingtidetv thanks for the reply. I’m on the fence between black lab and chocolate. Love the looks of the chocolate but was scared off from people saying they aren’t as hearty / more susceptible to injury
@@bobcostas1331 I never think that deep into it. I personally think the dog breeding world is over the top and ridiculous with their “standards”. A dog is as good as it’s training and if it gets my ducks for me, doesn’t aggravate me in the field, and is a good companion, then that’s all I can ask for.
Nice to still see someone killing hope to get a push throw this weekend and get a day or two of killing in the kids go back to school and I’m off work deer are chasing wide open so if I can limit on ducks then get a limit of some specks and a buck in the afternoon it will fill like the 80’s all over again brother y’all have a good new year’s and be safe catch y’all next week I mean year lol 🦆🦆🦆🦆🔥🦆🦆
@@fallingtidetv TY brother just finished listening to y’all’s blind rant and I’m 1000% out with y’all on the unwrite rules and the boat ramp and we CAN BLAME THAT ON THE STATE AND GREEN JEANS 100% they have all these youngns take that boaters safety class and that needs to pounded in them and then they sit at the ramp checking hunters and don’t say a word to them about doing it if they would enforce it there daddy and grandpa will get tired of paying them tickets and they will start acting like good lil gentleman 🤕🤕🤕at that ramp 👍👍👍

I’ll take gadwall in the marsh over mallards in a corn field any day! I love gadwalls! I appreciate you for watching!
Bro! These videos are literally my favorite to watch out of any TH-camr ever, any content creator even. Keep ‘em up I look forward to the next one!
Man I appreciate that so much!
Man I'm glad I stumbled onto your channel. Good clean livin and it's put together so well! Definitely keep it coming! 💯
Thank you!
Got to love huntin those grays in the marsh! Kelly
My buddy made a float for his layout out of layers of pink insulation panel and sprayed it with bed liner. Talk about deadly on his lease.
Good work bro!! Nothing other than seeing them grays slash that water !!
Man this was a really nice episode 👏 loved it.
Thank you sir
Hey i love the salt marsh areas, we use to hunt Bayou Biloxi wma.Nate try using a horse release clip instead of the caribeana clip for your dog.
Nice hunt bro! You are having a good year, I enjoy watching your success and learning along the way.
I’m glad you’re enjoying buddy! Thanks for watching!
@@fallingtidetv thanks for putting out good consistent content. It can be a challenge!

Another good one buddy
I appreciate that!
That’s pretty cool to see grays dump in. We call them crazy’s of the swamp. Never know what they will do.
Yeah you right lol

Great idea! Thank you!
Man I feel like you never have a bad hunt 😂
I’ve had a few duds this year but for the most part we’ve been very blessed
I’ve always thoughts lay outs in the marsh would be great. Now I will have to spend the money on em
Worth it!
Great hunt. Don’t shoot the dog lol. Heard that before. Nothing like greys in the marsh. Happy Holidays
Amazing to see someone who knows the dog breaks keep the dog under control. Are you scared the dog will get eaten by alligators?

Is this outta St. Bernard?
Nice hunts ! Love watching these vids! What kind of gun you shoot!?
I have shot a wingmaster 870 for 15 years and I just switched to a Beretta Outlander A300 thanks to our partners at Gun Talk! Sweet gun!
How do you keep track of your go pro battery? Do you keep the camera hooked up to the phone app?>
I just take it off my head and check it periodically
Great video! Curious to know What app/website do you use for tide charts?
I honestly just search “tide chart” on google for whatever area I’m going to and it’s usually pretty accurate

Annie is a great dog
She was for sure. She passed away last November and we miss her dearly 🙏🏻.
Which camera do you use to record your intro when you have the go pro on your head?
Typically I’m using my Canon M50
another great video man. Hunting with a dog saves a lot of steps also haha
Yes it does lol thanks!
Поздравляю, ролики у вас на страничке очень понравились

Sure is!
