  • If you're planning a weekend getaway to wine country, here is my 'One Day in Napa' travel guide. In this vlog, I will share with you some of the best wineries and restaurants to visit in Napa!
Of course, there are many amazing places to visit in Napa Valley and it would be impossible to fit everything in one day, but this is a good itinerary if you only have one day in Napa.
Since this was filmed in 2020, please refer my Sonoma video to see what it's like to travel during covid and the precautions establishments are taking.

Absolutely loved Napa. After this trip, we all said we could see ourselves living there. Glad you enjoyed the video. x

The Airbnb was stunning! We didn't want to leave. Was really special to find something with a view like that. Thanks for the tips. Will have to try those the next time I'm in Napa! Next time I book 3 days just for Napa!

Napa certainly has some beautiful areas but Sonoma, Dry Creek, and Alexander valleys are all nearby and they have a wonderful rural and rustic feel that is missing in much of Napa.

Hi Karl, agreed! We actually spent some time in Sonoma but barely scratched the surface with all there is to see! I also have the sister video to this one on Sonoma! Make sure to check it out although I am sure there is a lot I didn't have a chance to discover. Would need to spend a month in Sonoma! Absolutely loved it. x

Why did you move to Australia lady from such a beautiful country, friends and family?

I have been fortunate to have lived in some incredible cities but Sydney is where I feel the most at home and inspired (lived in Sydney for almost 9 years). I love the city, the harbour, the food, the culture! However, I do miss my family and friends like crazy. Good thing to know that home is just one flight away (although I think it might be 2 flights until travel opens up lol).

@@SophiesTravelSecrets I agree, Sydney is a beautiful city with year-round good weather but you have great beaches in San Diego, Florida and Miami too. A couple of hours away in Hawai as well. I respect your decision but was curious to know the one factor you find really attractive in Australia that's not there in the states.
