Oh my god I just noticed Yeonjun's cotton candy hair in the first album is like a mix of the three version colors! He looks stunning
I have a question if that doesn’t bother you, but do you know what r, vr and ar stands for? And if so what’s the difference? Anyone else could also answer cause I’d need to know which one to get :)
@@ahappygirl9643 well, from what I understood the R version, the first one, is the "reality" version. It's called like this because it's the version that shows how the boys are in "real life", in the sense that they cannot meet in person (probably an allusion to quarantine but I'm not sure) and only communicate through social media etc, which is why there are no actual group pictures in that version. The AR version is the one in the middle and AR stands for Alternative Reality: this is the version that shows where they would rather be, like at the beach, or out having fun. And finally the VR version is the "virtual reality" one, where it appears as if the boys were inside a video game, disconnected from the real world. This last one is also the only version that comes with a clear card instead of a photocard for some reason 😅
This is only what I read online though, so take it with a grain of salt, but I hope it helped!

fun fact, this album has a lot of self produced/self written songs, and its about teenage experience in the digital age, especially during the covid situation! like the track "we lost the summer" (track 3 - i noticed u said it was ur fav bside, and its my fav too haha) is about losing the summer due to the situation rn :]

@@nica7848 yes! track 1 (ghosting) was written by soobin and taehyun; track 4 (wishlist) was written by yeonjun, huening kai, and taehyun.
they've also written songs in the past (ie yeonjun wrote the rap for "fairy of shampoo"), and they do produce songs - beomgyu produced and all of the members wrote "maze in the mirror," and huening kai produced "roller coaster" :)
theyre slowly contributing to more and more songs now so maybe in the future they could be a largely self-produced group!!
one thing i forgot to point out was how the concept photos and photobook related to this album's concept!! obviously the "video game" / internet concept photos are related to the album's concept, since so many teenagers spend much of their lives online especially due to the covid situation. this time, bighit did an interactive concept photos teaser thing, where you can "log in" on a fake phone screen on their site (the password is their debut date) and view the concept photos. for the second version (AR), the titles of the concept photos in the "phone" were tourist places, like ferris wheel or beach and things like that. theyre named like that because those are the outdoors locations teenagers cant go to anymore, again due to the covid situation. the concept photos in the AR version also show the boys laying down really far apart which adds to the social distancing idea. so yeah this was a really cool concept and also very relatable!
Just wanna correct you there. All songs except blue hour has been participated by txt members in writting lyrics. They did not produce any songs in this album. Beomgyu produce one song back in their pasts album, not in blue hour.
in the ar ver theyre holding pictures of their friends bcs of the pandemic, we cant really hangout with our friends anymore so its like theyre missing their friends. so r ver (reality) no group pics bcs theyre all isolated. ar ver (augmented reality) theyre just holding their friends pics and took pics with a background (not an actual place). vr ver (virtual reality) theyre together bcs its virtual, which is why they have group pics and theyre together in a video game

At first I thought Blue Hour isn't as catchy and unique as the titel tracks before and has no part that really stands out but now it is just constantly repeating in my head and I like it a lot. Especially the dance break part which I thought was very weird in the beginning.
Anyways, thank you for the video. I ordered my albums together with some others, that are not released yet, so it will take some time until I get them. It's nice that I can already see what is inside (yes, I like to spoiler myself, I'm weird) and I always like what you talk about while doing the unboxing.

● yes the vr version did came with a clear card, it's the same for all albums
● and omg I'm so glad they did normal size pc this time haha i have no problem with the big size pc but it's kinda annoying I have to put them in a different size photocard binder cuz mine only fits the normal size one ( same with gidle)
● I'm still stuck between ar and vr version I mean I love the pictures in ar but the concept where they have hair accessories and stuffs in vr version is really cute and breathtaking.

Same.. I'll buy one too. And I'm looking forward to her unboxing. I even waited for this video to drop. She's so good in unboxing.. She doesn't just show what's inside the album but also say her own opinions and thoughts about the concept, the title track and bsides, the members, and everything. And the fact that she knows every member in every album she unboxes just prove that she is indeed a real kpop fan like us and not just someone who's trying to gain views. She does everything by heart and I really love it.

txt's bigger cards actually look really pretty and satisfying if you put them in an 8 pocket! It's still annoying that they weren't normal 9 pocket sized but to me it makes all the difference if they are stored away in an 8 pocket instead of a 4 pocket one. but that's just me!
