It doesn't matter really. I feel that both of them have something that is better than the other. Since the remaster just has a more orchestral feeling to it. Its just that most people prefer this version and some prefer the original.
I prefer this version over the original. Sure, the Original sounds good. But i like the orchestral feel to this a lot more. It actually does justice for the original. Even if most can't see it. The organ in the original is great. But it doesn't make it better. I'd say both of them are equal. Just like the rest of the soundtrack. But in the end, it all comes down to preference.

The original version was probably my favorite Disney battle track back in the day before 1.5.
This just took it to another level.
This theme gets slept on. In kh1 everyone knows the hollow bastion themes, but this one is definitely up there
It's nice you have battles in the respective areas going on with the theme. It's much better then seeing the game's cover or a KH poster.
