Runes are pretty standard, conq/grasp, brutal, bone plating/adaptive, sweet tooth. Also it's harder to proc vitals in wr unlike in lol pc, but you can definitely use auto + flash to proc a vital, like what jjking does in this vid
Yes you can since forever, with tiamat you could, now with goredrinker you still can, when bork had an active you could proc with it, galeforce can proc it, literally every kind of damage that comes from fiora directed towards the mark can and WILL proc the mark.
One of the things I learned from his montages: Auto-flash to proc vital is a must. Dig his plays so much.
