Its a good video for 'Off the ball' running. When you are 'on the ball', most players will rarely run like this as you mostly touch the ball with the outside of your feet, while pushing off your outside foot, not your inside foot. There is also the point when you push off your inside foot, you are more prone to injury. Be careful and always stretch before you play and practice.
I didn't understand the resting bit. That drill with the ladder would take about 6+ seconds at least at full intensity. That means you have to rest 2-4 minutes? That seems a bit long. Also how many times should this be done a week? How many reps?
Actually, speed is most vital at all levels of the game. In my "elite" U12 Team in Switzerland, the best players are always among the fastest. Usually the most impactful player on the team will be the fastest on the team. That isn't to say that technical ability with the ball is less important. Speed training is simply the most overlooked factor at youth academies and thus the most important to train.
I am 40 and quicker than most 20 year olds I was rapid when I was playing competitive quick twitch muscle fibers is where speed comes from agility comes from tendons and muscle fibres being trained to react quicker. It’s mind muscle connection.

Does one need to be in awareness of keeping "cente of " mass or gravity what you told thing in mind for it to be materialised or be active in the body mechanics from deliberate efforts, or will it pop up eventually in the body acknowledgement from repetitive doing of the it thing. Cause feels like got to put drills while keeping that "centre of" load about the working body rather than it will develop naturally cause it's seeds already there in body, thinking one needs to put this load extra caution in body awareness and then doing drills retaining that" centre of" substance in body by choice rather it will develop normally, am feeling like let it develop naturally but am feeling like including this substance of acquired way will show quick result, what to do, aquire or au if it would have developed naturally then you wouldn't have made video, so acquire fine, but tried it requires extra wearyness, as there any follow along drill to go with it💀😂✌
