The witness Trump brought to testify about Finance and Accounting had to admit on the stand that just like Trump CFO.... he was not familiar with Generally Accepted Account Principles and that Trump did in fact falsely claim his NYC apartment was 30,000 sq. ft. when it was only 10,000 sq. ft. and that the terms, conditions, and restrictions on his properties were not taken into account, inflating the values of Properties that Trump could never develop to justify his valuations. Oh...and Trump paid the guy over $875,000 to review the reports and testify they were acceptable????? FRAUD IS FRAUD and this case will leave Donald Trump PENNILESS but it won't send him to PRISON.

No the court is not a "complete disgrace" The NY case is a legitimate investigation into fraud committed by Trump's company. There is a lot of evidence showing fraud and I am happy to post a summary if you are willing to consider that evidence. You just have to ask.
Walls for the actual border to help along with laws, enforcement and sentencing; and boundaries to get those who have invaded our system even from within, yet only to defy or profiteer- to get them out, make them have to account, and then take appropriate action, legal action mostly. I knew the case was a sham the second they tried saying Mar Lago is valued at only 18 million. It has over 50 bedrooms and over 20 bathrooms with over 100 rooms in total. Houses 1/10 that size are selling for over 50 million. This is truly banana republic type 💩.

Here is the law relating to fraud as it pertains to New York. Notice how it focusses on the Act of fraud. In other words there is no mention of an actual victim in this law. Whether the bank was happy or not is totally irrelevant.
Fraudulent conduct as used in §63(12) [of New York Executive Law] includes acts that have the “capacity or tendency to deceive, or creates an atmosphere conducive to fraud.”” The filing goes on to specify that the statute also “covers frauds committed by overtly false or fraudulent statements, by omission, or as part of a scheme to defraud.”
If you want to put this another way, then fraud has a potential victim in this case it was the bank.
While this may not be the best analogy, think of it as someone who attempted to rob a bank but was unsuccessful. So, the bank didn’t actually lose any money. However, that person is still guilty of attempted armed robbery.
If you want a summary of the evidence that shows fraud in this case, then just ask.

According to Professor Jonathan Turley, the NY law is written in such a way that you do not need to show that anyone was harmed in order to bring a lawsuit. Unless you're an AG who campaigned on "getting" a certain former POTUS, there would be no point in bringing a fraud case where there was no harm done.
Here is the law relating to fraud as it pertains to New York. Notice how it focusses on the Act of fraud. In other words there is no mention of an actual victim in this law. Whether the bank was happy or not is totally irrelevant.
Fraudulent conduct as used in §63(12) [of New York Executive Law] includes acts that have the “capacity or tendency to deceive, or creates an atmosphere conducive to fraud.”” The filing goes on to specify that the statute also “covers frauds committed by overtly false or fraudulent statements, by omission, or as part of a scheme to defraud.”
If you want to put this another way, then fraud has a potential victim in this case it was the bank.
While this may not be the best analogy, think of it as someone who attempted to rob a bank but was unsuccessful. So, the bank didn’t actually lose any money. However, that person is still guilty of attempted armed robbery.
Also this case is much more than inflated valuations it has to do with deliberately "fraudulent statements"

She’s not a very good lawyer, but In the last year she’s gotten much better is a “trial by fire” sort of way; hanging out with Chris Kies and Tacopina and Lauro. But she’s got a million dollar fine to deal with from a Florida federal court which isn’t going away, and which almost certainly resulted in disciplinary proceedings in New Jersey, but I don’t know that for sure. She’s going to have a rough time in her career after this is over. She might run for congress though.
