They trained since 2018, at least in YG. And Illit members don't have really short training period, that's what people think because of Wonhee but she is actually exception there. Without her Illit members have average 4 years of k-pop training, it's the same like BP. So in case of singing it is not matter of training but talent in this case apart Wonhee who could be probably better with good training like Minju is.
