Gretchen goes to Germany to live with her dad after the loss of her mother. She is offered a job at the hotel where they are staying but everything is not as it seems.
Her little sister starts having seizure and she keeps going into a loopy trance when ever she hears a certain sound...
She makes it out alive bloody..... Do we have a new final girl on our hands...
I realized a little late but the actor from Abigail is also in this movie

This was a nice take on a "monster" i like that they didnt make it but its a species they are trying to save.

This movie was so good! I love how much i picked up on the rewatch. Like, the doctor is in on it right which is why she told Alma “no more music” cause if Alma’s headphones were on when mama cuckoo started her call she wouldn’t have been able to control her! I loved Gretchen’s arc of growing into her big sister role, i was talking to my tv like an asshole like “goddammit Gretchen that little girl loves you and thinks you are so cool and awesome” and it felt so good to see that pay off
just got done reacting to this movie and all i can say is i loved hunter as our bad ass final girl, however i was extremely confused through some of the film lol but 10/10 movie for sure! also great reaction
Oh i was 100% confused hahaha and things made more sense when I was editing!! But I love Hunter in this and i hope she stays in the horror genre! BAD ASS FINAL GIRL!
