I think it would be cool to have a full trackmania tutorial done by Wirtual. I feel like I've learned way more just from his COTD vods and other streams, would be cool to see a full explanatory video on his process on a given map/style.
I just started playing trackmania and switched from rocket league. Might I say I am enjoying this game so far and already got an author time for springs campaign. Especially watching you for tips is amazing.

Rizzo is the perfect person for this because he has huge muscle memory and consistency capabilities, as well as the improvement mindset from a grindy skill-based game like rocket league. I hope he keeps at it
this should definitely happen more often, watching wirtual in div one is exciting but watching rizzo in div 50 was just wildly entertaining and gripping.

It took a few tries but I beat him, his ending was significantly better than mine and I'm still frankly lost as to how I can do it correctly
I've played about 1500 hours of RL and have watched lots of Rizzo/Lethamyr/Sunless, those guys. But after watching wirtual so long I got TM last week, it's so addicting. Hope Rizzo gets addicted too and does some content on TM lmao

From watching your videos I feel like I have a pretty good understanding of how trackmania works, and many of the mechanics, but I have never played it. I think a good video idea would be to have people who think they know a lot about the game try it vs people who don't know much and see if the knowledge helps any, but make sure that both sides of players have never played before.
Depends on the map style. For intuitive map styles like tech, it won't help much; being good there comes down to intuition and experience. For map styles like fullspeed (SD) or ice (ice slide), a blind new player will not figure out those mechanics anytime soon; new players with understanding of those mechanics can easily out pace a blind player with a hundred hours of trial and error.
@@hallymiao2825 I agree about FS and ice but I think people without any knowledge will struggle on tech as well, playing tech first time will be difficult as well (just knowing you need to steer for a bit before you drift will not come natural) I think they will do best on most COTD maps where you don't need much experience to drive a good run (this is coming from a guy that watches a lot of TM but doesn't play it as much so I might be wrong)
I am exactly the opposite of Wirtual when it comes to losing to something beyond my control. If I lose to my own errors, it means I can still learn and improve.
