I've seen Shadow People my entire life in one Halloween night I had a visit from hat man. He glided across my living room in back into the wall. And it was pretty crazy. I didn't know that anyone else ever saw him until I watch the video that talked about it and they described what I saw perfectly. That really freaked me out.

All i can say about the shadow people is that i started seeing them when i was extremely sleep deprived but i havent stopped seeing them now when i can sleep again. And your explaination sent shivers down my spine cause they usually just watches. You can see if they are evil or not by looking at their contours, the ones with a sharp contour. whilst on the other hand, if the contours are blurred and even worse, if they are read eyed, are you in for a treat
When I was five I saw one while I was sat reading the first Harry Potter book in my room. It had only just turned dark outside and my uncle came in to give me my birthday present. It was a pack of space men and spaceships (I loved and still love space). When he went out, I was opening the box to get the toys out. I looked up planning to shout my mum and dad to come and see and I saw a tall, hunched over shadow man. My light was on so that I could read but somehow he was still dark. He walked in to my room and stood at my window for a bit before walking back out the door. It was terrifying!

I live legit an hour away from Pine Ridge. We had a similar thing happen to us earlier this year, multiple suicides and deaths out of no where. There were people talking about "Tall Man" which is like slenderman.
I have an old chest in my room and one time I looked at it when I woke up I saw a ghost of a little boy who stared at me and walked through it. Another time I saw a shadow of a person on my wall same room.
I have several fears, but my top three are small spaces (claustrophobia), heights (acrophobia), which ties right into basophobia (the fear of falling), and my number one is the dark. That fear came from a quote I heard at a young age and still scares me to this day - "When you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back."

I once woke up in my new apartment in the middle of the night to see a shadow figure standing over my side of the bed, leaning over me as if it had been watching me sleep. Naturally I started screaming my head off! When I did, the figure sort of drifted out of focus and then disappeared. To this day I have no idea if I was having a waking nightmare or if my apartment is haunted.

My mom and I have actually seen a black mass ghost on three different occasions (once together and each of us have seen it alone on separate occasions) in our local cemetery. It has taken two slightly different forms: a black misty humanoid form and a humanoid form that looks like it is composed of a swarm of black flies. It always comes with an overwhelming negative feeling that makes us feel the need to leave the area immediately. Seriously, it is unnervingly creepy but somewhat comforting to know that others have experienced similar things.

Years ago I had a friend of mine who was getting a divorce come and stay with me for awhile. When she first moved in everything was fine but the longer she stayed the more I starting seeing dark figures moving around my place just out of the corner of my eyes. Initially I didn't say anything because I just thought it was because I was working a ton of hours and wasn't getting enough sleep. Then one night my fiance mentioned to me he was seeing dark figures or shadow ppl as he called them moving around my place too. We didn't know what to do. About three months later my friend moved out and shortly there after we didn't see the figures anymore. Now I'm not saying she brought them with her but then again I'm not saying she didn't. Would love to see more shadow people stories. I have dealt with them myself, but since I work as a psychic medium, it's part of my job and the Unseen doesn't scare me, given that I have been doing clearings of people, spaces and land professionally for over 25 years. Before that, I have had paranormal experiences since I was a baby. Not much scares me anymore. One story I have is more funny than scary, although others might not think so. Backstory: Pretty much every home in which I have ever lived has been haunted, probably because of my sensitivity. In one place, my bedroom was in the finished basement so my numerous children could have the bedrooms on the main floor. Our pet cat kept spraying all over the basement and when I contacted a pet psychic, she told me that there was an entity that lived in the laundry room in the basement that kept taunting him and he was trying to set boundaries with it. I didn't sleep much downstairs since I was going to college full-time, caring for 4 kids and working - I would fall asleep in the recliner in the living room over my homework. One other thing that you need to know about me is that I have an issue with being woken up while I am sleeping. Wake me even 30 seconds before my alarm goes off and I will throat punch you. One night I actually made it to bed in the basement. I set my alarm for my usual 6 AM and fell asleep immediately. At 4:13 AM, I woke up feeling a chill on my neck and rolled over to find myself face to face with a 3 foot tall shadow person. He was like black soot - wispy around the edges, but deep black in the center with glowing red eyes. Despite the semi-darkness in the room I could see him clearly because he blotted out everything behind him. By this time I had been woken up by hundreds of entities and spirits over the years, so all I felt was annoyance that he had disturbed my sleep. We looked at each other for a moment, and then I said with real irritation, "WHAT?" His head popped back in what I took to be surprise and he disappeared. I was never bothered by him again. It seems that I had disconcerted him a bit. There's a saying that goes, "Plumbers have a leaky faucet and carpenters have squeaky doors (in their homes)." It would make sense that a psychic medium would have an entity! This is just one of many stories that will be in a book I will be publishing later this year. Thanks for letting me share!

When I was five I saw one while I was sat reading the first Harry Potter book in my room. It had only just turned dark outside and my uncle came in to give me my birthday present. It was a pack of space men and spaceships (I loved and still love space). When he went out, I was opening the box to get the toys out. I looked up planning to shout my mum and dad to come and see and I saw a tall, hunched over shadow man. My light was on so that I could read but somehow he was still dark. He walked in to my room and stood at my window for a bit before walking back out the door.
It was terrifying!
I have seen shadow people twice. Once when I was laying in bed (which my brother saw with me and my mom from her room) and the second was strangely two days ago.

Abigail Guerrero, Basically one of the editors pulled a picture off of google, there was no copyright on it to indicate that it wasn't a stock photo from what I understand, so they used it. The photographer is now trying to sue them for a hefty sum of money.
When i was 5 i woke up in the morning and seen someone standing in front of my bed i didnt cry or scream i just got up and walked out and as i was walking i turned my head and he was smiling at me when i went back in the room 10 minutes later he was gone
I lived right by zombie road as a teen. Dropped a friend off by it had this urge to leave quickly found out yrs later I was at the entrance of this place. So creepy. The entire woods area always gives you a creeped out feeling.

I live legit an hour away from Pine Ridge. We had a similar thing happen to us earlier this year, multiple suicides and deaths out of no where. There were people talking about "Tall Man" which is like slenderman.
I have an old chest in my room and one time I looked at it when I woke up I saw a ghost of a little boy who stared at me and walked through it. Another time I saw a shadow of a person on my wall same room.

Wow, when I was smaller I had a nightmare involving a dark figure with what I believed to have been a cowboy hat. What if it had been hat man?
I have several fears, but my top three are small spaces (claustrophobia), heights (acrophobia), which ties right into basophobia (the fear of falling), and my number one is the dark. That fear came from a quote I heard at a young age and still scares me to this day - "When you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back."
I have a friend, his name is "The Shadow Man", he watches me when I sleep.

I once woke up in my new apartment in the middle of the night to see a shadow figure standing over my side of the bed, leaning over me as if it had been watching me sleep. Naturally I started screaming my head off! When I did, the figure sort of drifted out of focus and then disappeared. To this day I have no idea if I was having a waking nightmare or if my apartment is haunted.

My mom and I have actually seen a black mass ghost on three different occasions (once together and each of us have seen it alone on separate occasions) in our local cemetery. It has taken two slightly different forms: a black misty humanoid form and a humanoid form that looks like it is composed of a swarm of black flies. It always comes with an overwhelming negative feeling that makes us feel the need to leave the area immediately. Seriously, it is unnervingly creepy but somewhat comforting to know that others have experienced similar things.
Dudley Town is off limits to the public. Police monitor it closely and will show up and issue a fine if you try to go in there. Getting in there is fairly difficult.

i saw a creepy person few months ago at work at my local hospital around 2/3 am.I saw this leg in black trouses behind a door and when i go there it had gone.But there was nowhere for it to go as it was a wall. I though first some one was pulling a prank on me.I was full awake.Very strange.

I'm scared of an upside-down shadow that appeared on my wall a few years ago when our door was completely closed and there shouldn't have been light on the wall and my sisters tested it millions of times and it is the main reason I don't want to sleep in my room anymore.... i forgot to mention that my house is over a hundred years old
When I was a little girl, I would see shadow people outside my neighborhood. I didn’t understand what I was seeing until I was in my teens. To this day, I still see something in my peripheral vision.

I actually don't fear things on Earth, mythical or otherwise. I fear something intangible...I fear loneliness, specifically dying alone. The idea of not having someone around that cares when I pass on terrifies me.
Years ago I had a friend of mine who was getting a divorce come and stay with me for awhile. When she first moved in everything was fine but the longer she stayed the more I starting seeing dark figures moving around my place just out of the corner of my eyes. Initially I didn't say anything because I just thought it was because I was working a ton of hours and wasn't getting enough sleep. Then one night my fiance mentioned to me he was seeing dark figures or shadow ppl as he called them moving around my place too. We didn't know what to do. About three months later my friend moved out and shortly there after we didn't see the figures anymore. Now I'm not saying she brought them with her but then again I'm not saying she didn't. I honestly don't know.

Would love to see more shadow people stories. I have dealt with them myself, but since I work as a psychic medium, it's part of my job and the Unseen doesn't scare me, given that I have been doing clearings of people, spaces and land professionally for over 25 years. Before that, I have had paranormal experiences since I was a baby. Not much scares me anymore. One story I have is more funny than scary, although others might not think so.
Backstory:
Pretty much every home in which I have ever lived has been haunted, probably because of my sensitivity. In one place, my bedroom was in the finished basement so my numerous children could have the bedrooms on the main floor. Our pet cat kept spraying all over the basement and when I contacted a pet psychic, she told me that there was an entity that lived in the laundry room in the basement that kept taunting him and he was trying to set boundaries with it. I didn't sleep much downstairs since I was going to college full-time, caring for 4 kids and working - I would fall asleep in the recliner in the living room over my homework. One other thing that you need to know about me is that I have an issue with being woken up while I am sleeping. Wake me even 30 seconds before my alarm goes off and I will throat punch you.
One night I actually made it to bed in the basement. I set my alarm for my usual 6 AM and fell asleep immediately. At 4:13 AM, I woke up feeling a chill on my neck and rolled over to find myself face to face with a 3 foot tall shadow person. He was like black soot - wispy around the edges, but deep black in the center with glowing red eyes. Despite the semi-darkness in the room I could see him clearly because he blotted out everything behind him. By this time I had been woken up by hundreds of entities and spirits over the years, so all I felt was annoyance that he had disturbed my sleep. We looked at each other for a moment, and then I said with real irritation, "WHAT?" His head popped back in what I took to be surprise and he disappeared. I was never bothered by him again. It seems that I had disconcerted him a bit. There's a saying that goes, "Plumbers have a leaky faucet and carpenters have squeaky doors (in their homes)." It would make sense that a psychic medium would have an entity!
This is just one of many stories that will be in a book I will be publishing later this year. Thanks for letting me share!

The first time I ever did LSD, I got lost in the woods for hours, hearing Three Libras over and over when there wasn't music or anyone around for miles as the ground rippled and the trees moved towards me. And I swear I saw shadow people behind the trees as they loomed up and bent towards me, but just like shadows in the shape of vague people- no red eyes or anything
