Since its Lions year it would be great to get some modern Lions on but not the super obvious ones. Some of the more obscure guys, maybe late callups or tour heros that were dark horses pre tour.

Hi guys, I would like to know if you might consider rebooting the South African show with a different cast. From what I can tell Nick Mallet, Robbie Fleck, Bobby Skinstand, and John Smit don't have permanent Podcast gigs. If available those would be my top picks. Schalk Burger would have been great but every media outlet has a piece of him these days. And then for a host, there is a guy at Supersport called Neil Andrews, who is outstanding. I am only posting here because this is your latest show, and so you are most likely to notice. We would dearly love to have a South African voice for this brand, but unfortunately, Schalk Brits and Bobo weren't great options the first time round. But as you did with the Australian show, the South African show can be revised with a stronger and more entertaining lineup. Anyway, cheers and keep up the good work.
I'd have thought Alex would have thought about his intro, saying the Lions tour is the peak of the year, when there's the women's RWC on home soil, with the Roses world No1 team. I understand how important the Lions are, having been on 3 tours, but to either forget, or couldn't be arsed, to mention the Women's WC, is pretty poor.
Perhaps listen back, and revise your comment? I clearly said 'second half of the season'. The Women's World Cup takes place in September; so next season.
What guests do you want to see on the show in 2025? Let us know!

❤ George Lovin your candour!
Yep, really enjoyed that. No bulls**t and plain language.... perfect.
Good interview, really enjoyed it.
This was just a chat between mates. Love these pods sometimes where they just talk bollocks 😂
What a thoroughly good lad.
Young G. Furbank was nick-named “Noodle arms”, by Dylan Hartley I think 😮

The train guy’s real name is Luke.
Can we be clear that these pods are not about the rugby they’re mostly ‘banter’, which is an acquired taste.
Did you actually listen to it?
Nonsense, loads of good insight

@alexpayne2937 I'll give you that one. Apologies.
By the way, the RWC starts in Aug, about 3 weeks after the Lions tour ends.
