I have owned 5 Stihl saws and still have 2 and 2 Husqvarna's. Every Stihl I have owned and used with the exception of one have been hard to start when cold. 6,7,8, or more pulls to get them to start when cold or have sit for a week or more. The Husqvarna's 3 pulls max and they fire up. Now they all start great after they are warm or after the first start of the day. The only Stihl I have that starts easy is my 500i and it has a purge bulb to pressure the fuel injection. I will say the Wemars is impressive for 130 bucks, but I dont think it will hold up over time like your Stihl, Husky or Echo will.
The rakers being different heights could really effect performance. A brand new full chisel chain from a reputable maker sometimes cuts like garbage out of the box before it is tuned.
Stihl has 4.1hp, Weimar 3.2hp max. I don't have weimar but I have couple other Chinese clones of 52cc Zenoah, the same engine as Weimar, they are all under 3.2hp. I also own a stihl ms 261 and compared them, Stihl cuts about 30-40% faster and is lighter. Easy start is only for nice, light puling, has nothing to do with quick start.

Easy start simply means The recoil is spring loaded so it's easier to pull.
If you get that blue saw tuned in right it will cut circles around your stihl, and I'm a Stihl guy as well
Echo/stihl said goodbye to husky due to reliablity issues
The only thing I know is that the wemar is actually a lot less cc than what it says it is I’m a stihl echo guy but they cut good comparison

Sounds like to me, wemars did just as good job as that junky stihl,,,,,😂
For the money there pretty good home saw and good to pack around in vehicles 😊

The wemars needs leaned out on the hijet from the factory they are extremely fat.
