-Bring back Campbell, Kohou & Jones please
-Get Moehrig from LV & another solid #2 or #3 safety
    -draft a S, DL, & LB/CB with 3 of our first 4 picks in round 1-3
-Get some DL & LB/CB (depends on cost) depth in FA

I want Jourdan Lewis from DAL but they definitely won’t let him leave & he may want to cash in after a great season. Maybe Mike Hilton? Or maybe sign a guy like Brandon Stephens & move Ramsey/Fuller to the slot

I'd like to bring Kohou back cuz he will be cheap but more to be your 4th guy if you can find an upgrade.

I've been impressed with Weaver and the defense. No Chubb and Jaelan, losing Wilkins, and the secondary is inconsistent at best, but they still play really well. I'd like to see Weaver try and not allow Ramsey to get himself torched as often as he has this season, but good nonetheless.
This is why I don't care about Miami going after defense in the Draft. The Free Agency pick-ups at ILB have been outstanding, Sieler's proved himself as being "the guy" at DT. Chop's progressed nicely. Kader's had his ups and downs, but deserves some kind of contract. It's really just the secondary that's sold the defense at times. Holland's knees have made him shit, Poyer's been a bust, Ramsey gets torched too often, and the rest are just absurdly mid.
If Miami actually had the balls to at least fire Grier and take the offense away from McDaniel and give it to Frank Smith, and then draft and sign OL the whole offseason, then the offense could hypothetically come together enough next season, with an improved defense, and make shit actually work. Sign Evan Neal, sign Jedrick Wills, etc. Miami has their First, a Second, and two Thirds. That should inarguably be turned into at least two linemen, if not three, depending on how the actual Draft goes and who falls where. A lesson I've learned these past few years, watching other teams succeed, is that having position-groups on the roster that aren't amazing is fine, so long as you can compliment it somewhere else. If Miami's secondary isn't the best, I don't care, so long as their front is good, and the OL is good, so Miami can control the clock.
I wanted Miami to trade-off a lot of pieces after the second Buffalo loss, but the copium was too powerful for the organization and too many fans. So now, I just want Grier gone, the OL to become just middling at least, and for Frank Smith to become the play-caller.

If you want to take away the offense from McDaniel why do you want him to stay?Doesnt this mean that you dont like him?Impressed with Weaver? He shouldve yanked Ramsey and Poyer for playing bad.Play Bonner and McMorris instead and voila problem solved but no...McMorris just the other day on special teams did more than Poyer the whole season by causing a fumble lol.

      >I don't want McDaniel, but I'm not stupid enough to believe that he's going to get canned. I didn't want to give him a contract, he'd proven nothing. I wanted to give Ben Johnson a blank check. But if we're stuck with McDaniel for another year, then yanking playcalling from him is the absolute least that has to happen. At the least, it lets you evaluate Frank Smith as a real OC; at most it frees-up McDaniel and allows him to actually coach. Or they all really suck and we blow it all up.
      >Weaver's a first-time DC in the NFL. He doesn't have his pass-rushers. His star safety has been injured all year. Injuries galore. He's done really well given context.
      >Pull Poyer? Ok, but it's a depth issue. Pull Ramsey? Good luck justifying that with his paychecks.
      >I wanted to fire Grier and trade-off most of the veteran pieces on the team to acquire Draft capital and do a soft reset. Force Frank Smith to playcall, evaluate McDaniel and the young talent. If McDaniel did a lot with less, then he could have another year, if not, sign Ben Johnson a blank check or hire Vrabel if Frank Smith's good. I wanted all of this after the second Buffalo loss, I wasn't huffing copium and praying that Miami was basically flawless the rest of the way.

Wouldnt you like Joe Brady as the head coach?I liked him before the Bills hired him.

This is a very strange organization. Before McDaniel, they consistently lost games against inferior opponents, and won against some really good teams (i.e. Brady Patriots). Under McDaniel, they dominate inferior teams, and lose to the better teams. The results are pretty much the same: Mediocre records with early exits from the playoffs. Very frustrating.

Can we forfeit the rest of the season and save our few good players from career-ending injuries?
