Oh, 808!! This was the bass I was most interested in among the 30basses🔥 I like the clean sound of the D-low's hollow lip, and I've watched past lip roll tutorials, but it's hard to rattle that lip. To begin with, the D-low lip is soft😂

I know im not doing it pefectly, a bit too much lip vibration, but it really is crazy to me how dlow gives this a 5-6 difficulty rating, meanwhile im closer to this in 5 minutes than i am to his stuff thats 2/10 difficulty after having tried to work on it for a few hours. Sounds in beatboxing really can just come more naturally to some based on what other similar sounds they have made throughout their life. I grew up doing very basic beatboxing; simple kick, ts highhat, and k snare, with sharp breathing and humming for accent. Just from playing around with that stuff for my childhood it gave me a really easy time at learning this, cause i used to let my lips reverberate a lot on some kicks. 25 and just got into the bb scene and been watching as many tutorials as possible just to soak up information.

I learned the basics the 808 kick while learning liprolls :D. there was a point I was frustrating a lot because it took 8 months to learn it and because of this, I practised lip rolls inward and outward. Like a spam to train my lips . meanwhile I got the beginning of the progress for the 808 kick and I never noticed it. Your Video is so nice, it helps out to get an advancement and makes it easier to learn it correctly Thank you D-low
the inward + outward doesn't work, it's a lot faster to do the normal one while CONSTANTLY making micro-adjustments, you can't keep doing the same thing and expect to get it, you aren't getting it for a reason, so make mental notes of small changes and what those changes do or don't do
