My dad went to my friend’s farmland to get the jackfruit, and upon returning home, he cut it into medium-sized pieces and sprinkled some turmeric on them. My mom then took over, washed and strained the pieces, and started cooking the curry with the jackfruit gravy. My dad also helped out. Once the dish was ready, my dad tasted it and found it incredibly delicious! Jackfruit is one of the most precious fruits, especially in this season.
